Utterly disgusting customer service
So, where do I start. My 17 year old daughter excitedly went onto gov.com to pay for her provisional license of £34 and unknowingly to her, Dr Admin seems to have come through and taken her for a mug!
Four days after payment of £34 for her provisional, this so called company from 11th September has been taking £89 every 90 days from her wages.
May I say she was not made aware of any 'Member zone' created and nor was she contacted about any free trial.
I'm disgusted to read this has happened to so many people, like my daughter who have not actually known, nor have they used their so called services.
Regardless of being referred to review their terms and conditions, if this was made perfectly clear my daughter would have already read them, we do not want to be invited to review them.
If these were so clear this would not be happening. We have again gone through the whole applying process again and you remain on what appears to be gov.com website. Its a shocking way to reel business in.
This has made me doubt paying for anything online, if this has been so easily done, to so many people who have been refused a refund, what a sad world we live in.
At 17 your still classed as a child, who would con, (yes I use the word con) a child out of £356?!
An email was sent after just 23 minutes of bringing this issue to light informing us that refund will not be granted, Dr Admin you should be ashamed of yourselves!
I, as an adult don't regularly check whats going out of my account, so how a 17 year old would I don't know. By rights, we shouldn't have to keep checking either.
As a company, I urge Dr Admin to look into this matter, its not like just a handful of people are trying to get there hard earned money back, there's a large number of people falling into this trap.
I'm guessing this is how they make their money, like the rest of the scammers out there. Not having clear communication.
As a mother, I will be taking this further.

You are absolutely a scam and you know about this. I renewed my driving licence and have now been charged three time for £89 . You have access to my bank details and I di never sign to have any fake service from you. Having spoken to the company and had a subject access info I still have no evidence that I signed up to this. You pretend to be a part of the gov and instead drag money people that are already struggling to survive. This is disgusting. I request the refund of mine 270 pounds immediately.

I renewed my driving licence and have now been charged twice for £89. Having spoken to the company and had a subject access info I still have no evidence that I signed up to this. This will be taken further with the fraud dept with my bank and will take it even further if needed.

These guys had all my personal details, from password to bank account. As I had just applied with the Gov licence website, and refused due to a photo issue. Months later these guys texted, assuming I thought it was the same company, I clicked through my phone to accept. I didn't authorise them to take 89.00 from my account and received nothing for this. When I phoned their company in Watford and asked where they had obtained my password etc, they said through a marketing company, which is highly unlikely. They would not give me a refund.

I have been caught out by this company…
I have been caught out by this company so please do not use them as you will end up being out of pocket by a lot of money. I searched provisional in to google for my son and I thought I had booked through the gov website but then the email was a different website but I had paid for my sons theory! Thought nothing of it. Nothing stating they would take another payment out etc etc!
So today I had a payment took out of my account for £89 and contacted my bank who told me what they were. I also contacted the company by phone and pleaded with the lady to refund as I am on a low income and my partner has had a stroke but was told absolutely no way they would refund but they would cancel my subscription. A subscription I knew nothing about and was signed up to when applying for my son’s theory test. I am now having to use a food voucher because the company took my grocery money. I had absolutely no emails stating I had been signed up for the subscription and I am devastated to have been caught out when simply making a payment for my son.

Everybody needs to contact the police on how this company works fraudulently they’re absolutely disgusting!! What they do is shocking. CON CON CON THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED
I am 70.
I am a pensioner.
I had to renew my driving licence and did so (thinking I was using DVLA) unfortunately I did not see the tiny small print stating I was subscribed to an elaborate, dishonest, disgusting subscription service from which I received nothing except a £196 loss which has left me bereft, and cold and bewildered. I would describe this as theft although technically it isn’t as I was ignorant; it’s wickedness, sheer utter wickedness. THIS IS A CON - and your ghastly, illogical reply proves how despicable and without conscience you are; I can only imagine nobody ever loved, nurtured or cared for you; no one in this world would shame their decent parents in this manner. I feel so much sympathy for you, but how on earth do you sleep at night? Vile, disgusting, yet “all within the guidelines”. A plague on all your houses.

Went on the DVLA website to renew my licence and brought me to Dr Admin, where I payed £24 to renew my licence, after receiving me licence I assumed this was the end of it, 2 months later I get a transaction of £89 taking out of my account by DR Admin for admin fee’s, after being on phone to bank and emailing the website they told me I should have looked at the small print of the transaction, the company is a SCAM and I advise anyone before going through them to stop what your doing and go via the real way. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BUMMED!!!
If I could give it less than 1 star I would happily do so!!!

A disgraceful company who should not be allowed to trade
After contacting Dr Admin initially as well as sending a further four emails explaining that my 17 year old son had applied for his first provisional license. He had no idea he was using Dr admin as he was applying through DVLA site. I asked them for a refund. They refused stating I quote
“ You agreed to terms and conditions by clicking I accept which in terms means that you have read and agreed to the conditions that were inscribed within.
Please also have in mind that we are a legitimate business and are under no
obligation to proceed with any refund as the service is being and will be rendered”
I do not understand how this so call company is allowed to get away with this. I have lost a total of £222.00. I’m not sure what they actually did as the license was returned, as well as payment by DVLA and I had to make another application. None of this was done with the support of Dr admin.

Fraudulent company
This company is a fraud that plays on the vulnerable of young people applying for a provisional licence or the old applying for a licence renewal.
They charge a £10 fee which is fine for the service but fail. To inform that in accepting theirvservice they will charge a re occurring monthly fee of £89 until you notice on your bank. Statement. Avoid at all costs report them to.action fraud and your banks. In respect of the update requesting contact i have contacted and forwarded many e mails with no resolution or anything that leads me to bekive anything is actually incorrect. I was contacted by the fraud…
I was contacted by the fraud department at my bank to tell that dr-admin has beed taking 89 pouds from my account every ninty days i am 76 i worked in It rir 22 years. I know what i am doing i renewed my license but never subscribed. To make sure i tryed to unsubscribe but could not as i had never subscribed in the first place. I have contacted Action via Fraud as they are not willing to give me my money back. I believe someone high up is gaining from fauding hundreds of people its time the government who they are taging on ti did something about it.

My 17 year old niece has unknowingly…
My 17 year old niece has unknowingly signed up to this, while applying for her very first provisional license through what she thought was the DVLA.
She has now had a payment of £89 taken out of her account, with no further correspondence at all….and I am absolutely disgusted that you can target such a vulnerable and naive group of people, how many other new young drivers have been ripped off? We are currently reporting Dr-admin to Action Fraud, and I welcome a response from their customer services trying to “justify” why this is acceptable.
