Amazing service, over the moon
Amazing service. I asked for some bath salts that were not being sold due to a label change. I messaged on Facebook and got told to order some different salts, send them my order number and they would ensure the correct ones were sent. Imagine my surprise when they turned up the very next morning too! The PMS bath salts help my endometriosis symptoms and I was taken seriously and felt taken care of. Amazing customer service.

The oil tastes great
The oil tastes great, and was received the day after ordering - I was very impressed. I have noticed a small difference to my anxiety, however I am only using a small dose at the mo.
My only feedback is that all over all the branding - the website, Instagram etc, I was led to believe the small bottle was 5%, however when it arrived it’s actually only 2.5% so that was a little disappointing as none of the pictures I’ve seen of the small bottle on any advert say 2.5%. I have since gone back and read the dosage instructions where it is stated, however it would be helpful if this was a little clearer.

While all product mentions in your basket and at checkout as well as during product selection would be accurate I do agree it can be confusing as the 'stock' image of the product is set at the middle strength. Too many marketing emails have been sent to my email. I have not even tried the goods yet I am flooded by marketing which is very off putting.Advice go easy of customers don' be over pushy or make them feel stalked by being to pushy .

90% of what we send are things like guides and advice columns which the vast majority of our consumers enjoy as it helps them make the most of their products.
2 stars is rather harsh considering you can unsubscribe from all communications with a click of a button.

Beautiful website and products, carefully packaged items and delivered promptly. The oil is amazing, and the cream. The bath salts are soothing, and smell lovely, but pain relief wasn’t detectable as such, not that I expected it to be particularly. Thank you 😊

Customer service let the side down...😕
It’s a great product but the dosage and volumes is confusing. I brought 250ml of the lower dosage and it was great, but ran out quite quick.
Ordered 1000ml on the second order thinking I d get four times the amount of volume(oil). They just sent stronger stuff which made me feel a bit dizzy.
When I asked to swap and wanted help the customer service manager was incredibly rude and called the request ‘bizarre’ and showed no empathy for it making me feel unwell.
You can have great branding and product but poor customer service will always destroy repeat business.

We were expecting this review and it's really unfortunate that you felt the need to misrepresent your experience with us, especially when we maintain very good reviews and customer service records in general. The products you describe do not exist on our website. We do not make or sell 250ml and 1000ml bottles of CBD as this would be a litre of CBD oil.
We have tried to explain the confusion to you repeatedly and offered specific advice on how to use a stronger oil. Instead of listening to our advice you keep emailing our support staff demanding free products and to speak to managers. When given details to speak to more senior members of staff you then decide not to make contact.
For the record you ordered a 1000mg bottle of oil and your previous order was a 500mg bottle not '250ml' as you have stated. Which is exactly what we sent to you. We do not make or send 1000ml (litre) bottles of CBD oil.
We also repeatedly asked you to call Head Office so we could clear up the confusion over the phone but you have been unwilling to do so and have instead opted to review us poorly based on a product that doesn't exist.
Really disappointed in this interaction as well as this review. We always try our utmost to resolve issues and go above and beyond as a business to make sure our consumers are happy but in this case we seem to be butting heads for no real reason.
We wish you the best for 2021 and hope you find a CBD supplier that can match your expectations.

Super fast delivery, good product, the taste is mild and nice. I have seen a bit of improvement in energy but not much of I'm honest but as I'm new to this I think I just need to find what works for me strength wise.
