Information not clear - disappointing
Delivery was quick, but I cannot rate the product because I didn't realise that I cannot take the CBD if I am taking other medication. This advice was not obvious on the website.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review. Our use guidance is amongst the first information you will read on all our tincture product pages. Our recommendations for use and relevant warnings are clearly shown in both the description and dosing section of our product pages so there isn't much more we can do to highlight this. On our tincture pages especially this warning is included in the first paragraph of the product description and is hard to miss - I'm sorry it wasn't made clear enough for yourself and I will ask for this information to be placed in bold in the description from now on.
We would also point out that this is guidance only - if you do want to pursue CBD while using medications, which many people do successfully, we strongly recommend speaking to your GP or health practitioner first for their expert opinion rather than abandoning all notion of use.

good quality
I think the products are good. I also find the customer service (via DM on instagram for me) is very good and very responsive. The downside is that the bottle does not last, using the guidelines on the bottle and also guidence received directly from customer service I am finding just using one drop in the evening is only enabling the bottle to last a couple of weeks so this is becoming costly as it is effective for my anxiety in the evening.

Really glad to hear you liked our products and service as well as our product quality so we are very disappointed to see we have only scored a 3/5 in your opinion - especially as this product worked as intended based on your review. We are a little bit confused to be honest!
Our 10ml bottles contain approximately 200 drops so using a single drop a day, as you state in your review, would provide close to 200 days of use. If the bottle only lasted 2 weeks then you will have been using at least 10-14 drops a day. It can be hard to measure drops effectively when placing them under the tongue as you can't see the dropper from that position so this does take some practise.
Based on this experience I don't think oral droppers are the ideal CBD application method for yourself as you have clearly misunderstood the dosing requirements. If you continue on your CBD journey, and I hope you do, I would suggest taking a look at capsules or even CBD spray bottles which can be more straightforward to use.

Amazing CBD
