good advice, reasonably priced, quickly delivered, what more can you ask for?

Great product, super fast shipping. Couldn't be happier.

I've bought a lot of stuff from Dragon Image - the prices are right and they are very reliable. I ordered these two C-stands and they arrived intact in a couple of days - very convenient.

I would not buy on line. My item was listed as available but after i paid via paypal i was informed 3 days later that it was sold out. Also thier courier service is hopless, dont use them. Been waiting days for delivery. The guy has not showed up again and dragon image take no responsibility for this. Hopeless

The team at Dragon Image Brisbane is great to deal with and the service is always spot on.

The products were great but communication not so great. The QLD office were incredibly helpful but online orders apparently come from NSW. Delivery a bit on the slow side and lack of communication didn’t help. Next time I would probably go direct to the QLD office.

James was brilliant. Soon after ordering online, he quickly reviewed the order and had the initiative to email and let me know that I hadn't ordered enough batteries to power the LED lights I'd purchased. James also helped out with a couple of other options on the order.

Additionally, some of the order wasn't immediately in stock in Sydney and had to be sent down from the Queensland office, so James let me know that if I needed the gear immediately I could come and pick it up straight away and he would drop off the remaining items that weren't in stock on his way home once they'd arrived in Sydney. That's going above and beyond on customer service.

Hi everyone. After ten years of being a customer of Dragon Image I remain happy and completely satisfied. Recently I ordered the hard to find, and get DJI Goggles. I spoke to Susannah, and she went off to order them in for me.

To tell you the truth I had almost forgotten that I had. She called me up when they had arrived. I think this is the essence of what a superior customer experience is. Getting the basics right all the time. Thank you Susannah, Dominic and all the rest of the chaps down there.

If you have a day off, go down there and have a look at the store, it is the Aladin's cave of vid and photography equipment. Now if they only sold ski gear, fishing equipment, food and good wine, I would never have to shop any where else.

Order arrived quickly and was exactly what i wanted.

I accidentally ordered studio backdrop using my PO Box instead of the home address...staff called me back to confirm and followed up with delivery early the next morning !

The team took the time to check with us on our order and to also give us advice on requirements. Courteous and very helpful.
