Quality of food is poor in most places.
(Bru is ok, Ams is poor).
Often there is a long queue, sometimes even impossible to get in.
I used the lounges 30 times last year and will not renew the license.

Whenever I try to access the airport lounge with Dragon pass, I was always told that the lounge is either full or booked for incoming airline...

What's the point?

Very limited number of countries, and lounges within those countries, where my Dragonpass is accepted. In Manila, it was only Marhaba lounge (T3), which is very small, offering a limited range of food and beverage. Not worth the trip to the obscure, remote, token corner of the airline lounge floor of terminal 3 in NAIA. The experience was both humiliating and unpleasurable. Makes one wonder: What's the point?

The Lounge is Pathetic

The Dragon Pass lounge at the Beijing Capital International Airport is pathetic. Firstly, there is no sign or direction to the lounge. Is hidden at a secluded area. Secondly, the lounge is so small that most passengers are turned away unless you want to help yourself with the plastic chairs they provided. Lastly, they only served instant noodles and porridge. Some cheap tidbits and drinks. Worst I ever encountered.

Avoid this shady company to not regret later, it's not worth it

I subscribed to the Preferential membership believing it was lifetime, given that additional paid entitlements are still required for lounge entries. My decision was rushed while I was stranded at the airport due to a flight delay and severe fatigue.

The next day, I discovered the membership is valid for only one year and immediately contacted DragonPass to request a cancellation, as this was not what I had understood and I can never use what I paid for within 1 year.
Support refused because I had used the membership once. I offered to pay separately for that single visit, but they still declined. I then asked to downgrade to the Classic plan and refund the difference, which was also refused.

To make matters worse, the membership is effectively unusable at my home airport, Paris CDG , one of the largest airports in the world, where there appears to be only one partner lounge, located in a domestic terminal I never use.

In my experience, the service offers poor value for the price, and customer support has been unhelpful. I would not recommend it.

EDIT:
They publicly claimed below that they requested additional information to reach out and try to resolve the issue. I provided my contact details via Trustpilot, but they never reached out. This is definitely a very unprofessional and a shady company to say the least.

Platform is great, hope to see better lounges

I appreciate the convenience and ease of use of the platform and the lounges are generally in locations which are easily accessible.
However the lounges tend to be small with limited food selection, especially the one in Sydney which was also not promptly cleaned and tidied even though it was not crowded.
I recently went to the lounge in T1, Singapore Changi airport, it was very crowded and noisy, even the clattering of the crockery can be heard at the reception.
