is there minus score available! Absolute shambles…customer care is zero, accountability is zero, delivery capability is zero….its like transactions with the chuckle bros……to be fair there were lots of apologies. My order is now coming 17/07 (hopefully) which was ordered 26/06.(Very basic order couple of 110 mm pipes, couple of gully’s and couple of 90 joints. Promised delivery today (10/07) on Monday(06/07) after chasing order…..i rang today to be told next week….WTF! ring your customer, say sorry it’s delayed and offer a discount (which has now been offered). DS is NOT the way how not to run a business…next time buying local and happily loosing the savings for quick delivery, excellent customer service and care!!!!!

Don't expect decent delivery on larger items
On average their prices are good, their communication via chat is good and the rep there is to be commended, but as a company they make some awful mistakes in not warning consumers that items being ordered are either a) still to be manufactured or b) will take way longer to deliver than stated. I'm currently 14 days into an order, I've been advised that the items were due to be delivered twice now (Attenuation blocks, not easy to miss) and neither time has a delivery materialise and, despite Drainage Superstore emailing me to tell me it's been dispatched, I've just been informed by them that dispatch hasn't actually happened yet.
These delays and misinformation are now threatening to completely derail a project, and previous order I made with the company for drainage pipe had a similar issue.
They're alright, but maybe order your stuff 6 months in advance just in case because whether it's DS or the suppliers, there's a weak link in the chain somewhere.

Absolute waste of time. Avoid at all costs. I can only presume they're all intertwined with roofing and insulation superstore. Who again are arguably some of the worst suppliers I've ever dealt with online.
