Bought product online
Bought product online. Was due for delivery, didn't turn up no-one called to keep me informed. Didn't want to help after they have your money shown up 3 days later after I called 3 different haulage companies chasing up where my tank was a job that the supplier should of been doing. Cost me time and money. Will never use this company again absolute messers.

I am writing to share my feedback…
I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent order.
My delivery arrived within five days of purchase, and I appreciated receiving a call to confirm the delivery date. On the day of delivery, I was also contacted first thing in the morning with an ETA and again one hour before arrival to keep me informed.
This is the second time I have used Drainage Superstore, and I am very happy with the service provided.

Firstly the Delivery never turned up at…
Firstly the Delivery never turned up at all and had to be re-arranged 2 weeks later
Then the wrong items turned up and they will not accept then as a return due to not filling the return form in - although they had all the information anyway.
I'm still waiting to see my original order form to confirm wether I'd actually ordered the wrong items.
All in all not a great experience

Don’t expect any customer service and hope nothing goes wrong!
Placed an order advising timely delivery, then advised it would be delayed. Given a new delivery date, nothing arrived.
Decided to cancel the order, contacted DS.
A delivery arrived 4 days later, duly rejected and DS chased to find out what was happening, no response.
Credit to the OEM Supplier who I had to contact directly to get the delivery returned (as DPD Local thinks “rejected” just means ‘not today’ and just keep rescheduling redelivery).
As DS has still to respond and refund I guess I’ll have to Section 75 the credit card transaction.
