The service from the website was good, but the Stella was crap.
The service from the website was good, but the Stella artois I ordered (5%) wasn't the genuine Belgium brewed version, the taste is rubbish, as bad as the uk brewed version. What have Stella done, it's terrible, Lidl have better stuff than this!

Poor customer service …
Following an incorrect order delivered to me and after numerous contact attempts, they asked me to return to them for a refund. Over 2 weeks have passed and I’m yet to receive my refund or for them to confirm receipt. No one responds to the numerous contact requests so I’m left to pursue a claim through my bank. Very poor customer service and I certainly won’t be using them again.
