It's all about the money.
I ordered some beer. TWO MINUTES later I sent TWO emails requesting cancellation of the order.
Both emails were ignored, and the next day I received notification that my order had been despatched.
Greedy, money-grabbing, discourteous crew.
Never again. I'd give no stars if I could.

Dodgy
Had several good orders but suddenly our recent order was cancelled due to "unforseen circumstances" by Dranken. No follow up explanation or apologies. They have not yet refunded the £159 from 16 August. Quick enough to take the money but not to return it. It appears they may have gone bankrupt, be aware when ordering. Paypal have been notified.
