Extremely late delivery and high cancellation fee for inconpetence

Placed an order a week before valentines , a month later still waiting for my items “ apparently in production phase “ 70% cancellation fee”. Absolute joke could have told me this when I first requested what was happening with my items told me to wait 5-7 days now I want my money back and want to charge 70% cancellation fee for their incompetence of delivering to a customer.

Still waiting.... Absolute Trash. Either grow with your customers or outsource you killing your business with wait times. I've seen turtles screw faster
