I feel I was scammed.

After finishing the service, my teeth are no better than before. I still have gaps and my teeth are not straight.

I have had Invisalign twice before. If I knew this would be the outcome I would have just went to Invisalign to begin with.

I went to do the scan and everything went great, the dentist was really amazing and explained everything really nice to me. I’m going to start my treatment soon so I will be back with updates!

Former customer here. After a very concerning experience and set of interactions, here is my honest review.

There were red flags from the start for me. Constant phone calls from an overseas individual, claims of “free assessment” that’s later met with a hefty fee, questionable practices.

After my teeth scan, I was presented a legal document that stated I was voluntarily acknowledging Dr clear Aligners would not be held responsible for any damage that could take place. I later discovered why: per the Dental Board of Australia, established under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, Dr. Clear Aligners is not legally registered under Australian law as a certified orthodontist or dentist. Since the owners of this brand will seek to flag this comment on the basis of “defamatory”, a friendly reminder that requires you to evidently prove what is being claimed is demonstrably false. This is publicly verifiable information.

Their website also states “FDA certified.” Per the FDA registration database, Dr. Clear Aligners is not recognised by the FDA to any capacity.

Future customers: you’ve been informed.

The lady that attended to me was very professional. Patient with me and was willing to repeat what she has said. I have given them a 4 because I have not started the treatment. I am sure the treatment will be okay as per other testimonies from people I know.

All of the ladies that helped me and assisted with the treatment were amazing and very friendly, they explained all of the procedures and processes clearly.

Khanh Tran's customer service is on another level.

This has been a great experience so far. Rin notified us when the sets arrived, which was within the time frame specified, an appointment was made quickly, we attended within a few day.
Rin explained everything in great detail so we knew everything we needed. So far I’m very happy with the experience

Very professional. I was looked after well. I have given payment options which made easy for me to pay the Aligners off. Hopefully my teeth are going to look perfect with big smile

Have only just had scans done so can't comment on this properly. First consult was informative and very friendly. Hope the rest of the process is as good.

My twin brother recommended them because I saw the results on his teeth and so far I am happy with my 3D scan. I can’t wait to start this journey and get my teeth back in line again 😍

So far very professional and knowledgeable. Went last year for my scan but didn't have xrays within the last 12 months so needed to get that, then it was found I needed some work done first before starting treatment.
Back again and had my 2nd 3d scan, waiting on my treatment plan now.
Will definitely update when I get my aligners and start.
Unlike other companies I looked at they do offer IPR, attachments and elastics, if needed in your treatment.

This company is a full blown scam. Do NOT trust them.

They are not qualified to work on teeth, they are not FDA approved (just ask the FDA yourself). Heck, the FDA doesn’t recognise Dr Clear Aligners to any capacity.

They are the epitome of smoke and mirrors BS. They claim you are evaluated by experts, but buried in their terms and conditions is a clear statement admitting they are not certified medical professionals, so by going through with the treatment, you agree to not sue them for if/when damage occurs to your teeth - because…well, they’re not qualified to work on them.

They are based in Singapore, not Germany like they claim. Verify this yourself - the company was founded and is run by non medical professionals: Ryan Teo, Kevin Lim, and Jayden Cheng.

Rin was helpful with whatever questions I had. Wore the aligners for the first time and it fits perfectly. Couldn't have asked for more. No discomfort and no pinching of the gums.

I've recently had my initial 3D scan and so far I have been very happy with my experience. The results and quote has been informative and the service second to none, I can't wait to start my journey.

The consultation I went to at Dr Clear aligners was amazing, and everything I was expecting was exceeded by my consultant Khanh, very friendly and informative from the start of the appointment till the end, definitely answered all my questions and made my mind free from the nervousness of getting a treatment like this done.

A really great experience! They took care of me really well, gave me everything that i needed to be prepared. As busy as they are, they are really attentive to you needs and question, making sure your journey in straightening your teeth is one worth paying for.
