SCAM ALERT! Do NOT believe the reviews !!!!!!!! They ask everyone to leave a positive review to get £200 off their treatment, within a time limit. all of these reviews are coerced, they are not accurate. Here's what happened to me: I went for a scan and the woman used a dirty scan wand, that had lipstick smeared on it uncleaned. She said there would be no issue in having one arch with slight misalignment fixed, it was a very simple fix as I'd previously had braces. I was later provided with three different prices after the scan, one being hundreds more than i was led to believe it would cost. I was provided a 3d oral mock up which didn't show much difference to my teeth. i was then told I need to spend £700 to create gaps in my teeth to push them back fully. which is completely untrue, my teeth do not need gaps, for such a slight misalignment. I've had this also confirmed by another dentist, that this isn't needed whatsoever for my teeth. I had them mess me around and try to get more money out of me, and when i said I wouldn't need or want gaps put in my teeth i was told then that they couldn't provide me any treatment whatsoever. I asked who the dental team are, and what expert was deciding these things - i wasn;t given an answer. the woman who did the scan, says she's also the manager, the complaints manager, head of operations. there's seemingly no one else working for them, but they act like a big company. my treatment with invisible braces should take no longer than 3 months, it's such a mild treatment. being pushed towards sending another £700 for additional treatment i need is wild. there is no expert who decided this, - she decided that she wanted more money. now i can get a refund weeks later, apparently. they wasted weeks of my time. they are awful, - avoid
