Thank you for the feedback. Sadly our credit card merchant has declined these recent order attempts due to incorrect billing address. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our credit card merchant (as with most others), uses a 'Capture and Authorize' system, which essentially checks to ensure the funds are available, then puts a temporary hold on that amount until the billing address verification process is complete. If there are any issues with the billing address, the transaction will be declined, but the hold may not be lifted for 2-7 business days. This hold is entirely on your financial institution's end and we do not have access to these funds at any point.
Make sure that all billing details match exactly with the card issuer or banking institute associated with the debit/credit card to avoid declined transactions. You may want to contact your card issuer to confirm the billing address on file. If you are using a VPN, I recommend turning it off when checking out.

I used the quarts nail attachment for 2 years and it worked great until I cracked it. Swapped in this one and I have not been disappointed nice fat milky rips. I use this almost everyday and it works great. Sapphire is slightly better than quartz if your all about taste sapphire is the way to go.

Thank you for the feedback. Make sure you let atomizers cool down for about 15 minutes after running 2-3 back to back heating cycle, especially the Sapphire atomizer. Sapphire retains heat for extended periods of time and overheating can cause damage.

5 clicks on and then one click for it to drop your wax and sometimes it’s doesn’t even work and Yes it’s charged!! For the money No it’s not worth it!! If I would have known I would’ve bought a cheaper one from the dispensary!!

Thank you for the feedback. Please make sure you click the button quickly. The Drop unit will not register long presses and holding the button down does not do anything. This is a safety feature. You can run a drop/hot heating cycle by clicking the button one time rapidly.

How many times do you have to click it to start? Oh, OK , per the instructions this many.. got it. Is it still on? It vibrated and I saw a light. Did it shut off? I'll click it twice to heat up.. it didn't heat up, must be off, start over....... Sometimes on the first try it works and I like it.. happens about 30 percent of the time. To expensive for these results, would not purchase again!!
