So purchased the X/S. Sweet little gem. Picked up the Ghost 2. Solid device. Bought the Switch 2. Love it. The devices are boxy and ugly as sin. But godamn they rip!!!

Thank you for the feedback. We recommend cleaning glass by filling it with ISO alcohol (91%) and a tablespoon of table salt and shaking vigorously. The salt will help create an abrasive to scrub the interior of the glass.

Kinda not worth it
Hi there,
I wanted to share some feedback on your product. I’ve been using Puffco for a while, but decided to give your device a try because of the strong reviews.
At first, I was impressed—it hits really well. However, after some use, I ran into a few issues. The inserts seem to get clogged pretty quickly, even when I clean them after each dab. I’ve also noticed that the cap becomes very sticky and doesn’t move around smoothly, which makes the experience a bit frustrating.
Because of these issues, I haven’t found myself using it much and have ended up going back to Puffco.
I figured I’d pass this along in case it helps with future improvements. I appreciate the performance, but the maintenance and usability aspects could definitely be better.

Thank you for the feedback. MAke sure you are taking long, slow draws for best results. Furthermore, it is impossible for the insert to clog. Not sure if you are referring to the insert or glass attachment.

Best E rig I have tried now it is u get what you paid for I have the switch 2 with the sapphire insert and sapphire some sapphire terp pearls from rubypearlco and it’s the best dabbing experience I’ve had although i do indeed wish more cosmetic drabber add ons will come out like more wraps or maybe even diff carb caps that are added
