I ordered 1 bottle only as you just dont know if it will work.
Im glad only 1 was bought as I followed the instructions and the product didn't work.
Customer service will not give you a refund as they state under FDA guidelines if a bottlen is opened they can not issue a refund which to be honest should be reviewed as customers will only but 1 to test the product and if it doesn't work should be entitled to a refund. (to try the product you need to open it!)
I wouldnt buy again.
In reply to their comment, in your email there was no 90 day comment at all and I also stated I followed the instructions of your normal skin routine and then application over night! I used the product 4 nights in a row and didn't see any changes. I didn't mind that it didn't work but I do mind you stating in your comment you don't know what Im complaining about! How rude.
I think you need to have a change in approach as a retailer as I have also worked in retail for decades and haven't spoken to customers the way you just did.

First of all, it’s absolutely standard practice that we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic products. This is not a personal decision by our brand, it’s a basic hygiene and safety rule followed by every legitimate skincare company worldwide.
We would have, of course, accepted the return of any unopened items, but in your case, you ordered and used only one tube, so there was nothing else to return.
And to be completely transparent — we’d challenge anyone to go to a supermarket, buy a face cream, open it, use it, and then try to return it just because “I didn't like it.” It simply doesn’t happen anywhere. The same respect that people have for physical stores should also apply to online brands. How do you expect us to resell a product that you’ve already used?
Now, regarding your claim that the product didn’t work, we don’t doubt your personal experience.
However, we had no opportunity to verify how you used the product. Skincare results depend heavily on proper and regular use — and it’s not realistic to expect visible results after minimal or inconsistent application like 4 days, even though some clients do see results after the first application.
That said, not all skincare products can work for everyone in the same way, and that’s perfectly normal. We have hundreds of verified customers who absolutely love their results, but of course, everyone’s skin is different.
Lastly, we want to remind you that you were offered our 90-Day Results or Refund Program, which was created exactly for cases like this — to give customers a fair chance to test the product over time (please check your inbox for our message from October 27). You personally decided to write this review after our message..
We are surely very sorry for your experience but at this point, it’s honestly unclear what you’re complaining about. We have been fully transparent, respectful, and compliant with hygiene, safety, and customer protection standards at every step.

I purchased Synflow products a couple of weeks ago and immediately used them and straight away my skin looks and feels different. My skin looks fresh and hydrated. I would strongly suggest you purchase them because they actually work. I bought the Collagen & Niacinamide…
I bought the Collagen & Niacinamide restoring mask, not expecting much as I had bought various magic potions before. I used this mask for the first time and I must say I was very impressed. The lines around my mouth and jowls were noticeably reduced, I thought I had had filler. Surprisingly, the effect lasted for many days which I didn't expect. I'm convinced this is a great product, much better than others I have paid a fortune for.

Skynflow's collagen face mask
Skynflow's collagen face mask is easy to use and fun to peel off in the morning. I noticed straight away that my skin looked more hydrated and that the fine lines around my eyes were definitely reduced. I'm impressed that the product does what it says and will definitely continue using it.

Amazing products and excellent value for money
I was a total sceptic and half-expected my money to disappear into the ether never to be seen again, or to receive some rubbish Temu-like product. SO SO WRONG on both accounts.
Products turned up within a week, and wow! The mask has made an incredible difference to my skin. It was noticeable after the very first use and continues to get better week after week. I also love the peptide serum. Can't say enough good things about these products. 5 stars all the way.

I tried the Skynflow face mask out of curiosity and I have to say that it really surprised me!
From the first application, the skin appeared brighter, hydrated and smoother. The texture is pleasant, non-sticky and leaves a very relaxing sensation of freshness.
After a few uses I noticed the skin more compact and less dull, with visibly reduced pores. Perfect both as an evening treat, and before an event for an immediate “glow” effect.

I ordered several products from this company, including the famous and heavily advertised collagen mask.
They shipped my order, but unfortunately, once the package arrived in Italy, it was lost by local carrier. The parcel simply disappeared!
I contacted the company via email and WhatsApp to file a complaint, and they promptly replied, assuring me they would do their best to resolve the issue.
In fact, they resent the package—this time using a different courier and everything went smoothly!
I truly appreciate Skynflow’s patience and commitment to making sure I received my products. Well-deserved 5 stars!

Truly effective products! The peptide serum leaves the skin hydrated and radiant. Used during the day, it makes an excellent makeup base, but applied at night under the mask, it’s incredible. The collagen mask dries in about 10 minutes and peels off easily in the morning like a film. The skin feels truly renewed, glowing, and firm. Highly recommended!!

I’ve been testing the products for a few months now and can’t do without them. One of my favorite products are eye patch gels. After 15 minutes they relax the eye and eliminate swelling and dark circles. A line that I hope will be enriched with new products for our skyncare. Super recommended!
