Tiles not delivered as instructed

Tiles not delivered as instructed. Not left in safe discreet place. Not happy! Left outside my door in the open. Had to rush home to bring them in. No refund from company or delivery service DPD. Paid a high delivery fee added on. Left specific instructions with the tile company so they wouldn't get stolen or lost. However, just left in the open.

Struggle with counting

I ordered nearly twenty grand of tiles from them including a few thousand pounds worth of custom tiles, the number of which they specified based on my plans.

After waiting near 3 months for delivery we went to hang them to find they'd only delivered half the custom tiles they'd specified. They admitted it was their mistake but we had to wait a couple more months to get them manufactured and delivered, so incurring the cost of two months more scaffolding, which obviously they didn't offer to help with.

SHOULD BE DREADFUL NOT DREADNOUGHT

Had my bungalow roof retilled by Assured Roofing SW Ltd in 2016. I choose Dreadnought Blue / Red (Broseley style). Huge mistake !!! They'd been breaking off like biscuits ever since. Some were replaced two or three years ago but it has proved impossible to get Jon of Assured Roofing SW Ltd back to replace the existing broken tiles. He told me that Dreadnought would not entertain supplying any under warranty!! Don't obviously know if that's actually true, as he now avoids contact.
I guess I'll have to resort to the Competent Roofer scheme and see if it's of any value.
