I’m not very tech-savvy and can struggle to explain issues, but HostPresto always resolves my problems and explains things clearly.

Usually very helpful, but when I queried a fairly basic error they just went dead. I'm disappointed

credits are not being applied automatically and I am getting past due notices also I don't want two factor security which is not working anyway I am getting an error message
I am not happy with this hosting service I will be moving my domain when all credits are used up

Question about managing DNS records after a transfer answered in a few minutes

had an issue today 25th June host presto "amal" sorted my problem in less than 25 minutes good job.

HostPresto responded timely and resolved my issue satisfactorily. An informative and elaborate explanation was also provided detailing what went wrong and how the matter was remedied.

Having used various hosts for decades, moving to Hostpresto is the best decision I’ve made. Unlike other providers who refuse to support third-party extensions and add-ons, these guys just step up and sort it out. They even provided a free migration that would easily cost £1k–£2k elsewhere. The support experience is always pleasant, polite, and genuinely helpful. To top it off, we are paying nearly half the price of our old host for 10x the performance. Highly recommended!
