L10s Ultra Gen2
L10s Ultra Gen2
Performs well on carpet. Im not able to hoover for 6 weeks. This was one of the only models I could afford that can cope with carpet. It does a better job of restoring the pile than my upright vacuum cleaner. I chose this model over its competitors because of its mapping capabilities and ease of using the app. It has got stuck a couple of times but it’s still learning. The noise levels are not disruptive on standard. We have two dogs and heavy foot traffic through the house but haven’t need to turn up the suction.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Sent me a faulty robot. Asked me to send it back for repair. Then they ignored me. Total scam.
Horrible support. Avoid at all costs
2 weeks and can't even schedule a collection of a damaged robot. Keep saying that colelction failed when no one shows up. Show no proof of being here. Horrible support. Avoid at all costs
Buyer beware
Buyer beware. I paid a substantial amount of money after accessories and the extended warranty for the top-of-the-line X40 Master vacuum in December of last year. Within 2 months I was emailing customer service about errors and issues. Within 4 months I was shipping it back for repair. By 6 months it was having issues AGAIN and needed to be shipped back. I was pretty upset considering I'm over 30 minutes from the nearest UPS and for what I paid for the vacuum...I shouldn't be experiencing these kinds of issues so quickly. They said they could repair my vacuum again OR they could send me the "upgrade " which was the X50 Ultra. First off, the X50 is not hands off like the X40. The model I paid for auto drained the dirty water into a drain in our laundry room floor. It also auto filled the fresh water from a hose we plumbed. The X40 requires you to manually do all of this. So not exactly an equal trade...plus they only offered to send me a refurbished unit, not new. I accepted this offer because I was afraid the X40 Master would continue having problems and I just wanted a functional vacuum. I sent the X40 back to them and they sent me the X50. I didn't even have the X50 for TWO WEEKS before I am getting error issues. So far...it can't attach the mop pads itself and it has a hard time finding the dock. I reached back out to customer service who said to ship it back to them for repair. So I am expected to continue wasting my time and money to drive into town and ship their faulty machines back to them? I asked if I could just return it for a refund and be done with them. They have refused. They offered me a 50% refund and that is the best they can do...even though I wouldn't be asking for the refund if their products worked as advertised. BEWARE!

Bad customer service. If something is wrong you are on your own
I will try to be as honest and objective as possible not willing to harm the store personnel, but to give a heads up to you, customers as me. I bought 3 X40 robots from the DREAME store in Mall of the Emirates. After using one of them 3 times, the battery depleted and never start working again. I took it to the store 6 days after delivery, and I was outside the country for another 3 days, so in fact 3 days after first use. After inspection, the staff confirmed that the device had an internal energy transfer failure. This issue clearly stems from a manufacturing defect present at the time of purchase. They refused to exchange or refund the item, they only offered repair. I was refused to talk to the manager or write a complaint at the store. This is what you can expect. I did not look at any review of this company and now I am regretting it. Do a little bit of research yourself.
Very bad product
Very bad product. Ultra 10s. They even discontinued it. I bought it two months ago, and it is useless. I spoke with them to replace or upgrade and I will pay the difference, but they said no. This was Dreame in UAE Dubai.
Excellent product
I don't understand why so many bad reviews.
So far, I am honestly satisfied both with the product and with the customer service.
I got the dreame x50 ultra complete and it's been doing its job.
There was also a promotion with a free hairdryer that I also managed to get after a couple technical issues. Customer service has been very helpful.
I recommend these products!
SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! Dreame sells USED UNITS as new on Amazon! I just bought a Dreame L40S and paid for a new unit. As soon as I opened the box, I found out an Amazon Return Label from another customer who had previously returned this same unit! The label was still scotched on the box, which means that Dreame didn't even bother to open the box and find out what was wrong with the unit that another customer returned. They immediately sent it back to the warehouse to sell as a supposedly "new" unit. BIG SCAM! I documented everything with an unboxing video.

I purchased a Dreame R20 vacuum cleaner via their website. After a week where the shipping company said they had still not received my package, I emailed Dreame to ask why I had received no communication about the delay. They replied to say that my vacuum cleaner had been 'lost in transit' and they didn't have any more in stock. They refunded me but with little apology. This seems unprofessional. Very unhappy. No effort to make amends or keep me trusting them, which makes me think I dodged a bullet if their after-sales service is equally poor.

Dreame Poland is the worst brand and worst place to work as well, do not trust 5 stars it’s complete scam...
Absolute farce
Having recently spent roughly £1700 on 2 robots I am really annoyed that the cleaning solution is out of stock with no restock date available from Dreame and 1-3 months stipulated elsewhere. Customer service have an awful attitude with no desire to engage with me beyond "no stock, no timeframe" and "using alternate solution will void warranty".
Although the robot itself seems good I cannot recommend buying and I am looking at returning both robots and trying again with a more professional manufacturer.
I feel compelled to share my…
I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Dreame, particularly regarding their customer service, to help others make informed decisions. Over the past year, I purchased two Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat Robot Vacuum and Mop units, investing $4,000. Unfortunately, this investment has been marred by ongoing issues with their customer support and website usability. Firstly, Dreame's website is a labyrinth of confusion, especially when trying to purchase replacement parts. The frequency at which parts need replacing, coupled with their high cost, adds to the frustration. What exacerbates this issue is the sheer complexity of navigating their site to find the correct parts, given the multitude of models available. My attempts to resolve these issues through customer service have been met with indifference. Despite numerous emails, Dreame has shown little interest in addressing my concerns or taking accountability. Their refusal to provide refunds for incorrect orders only adds to the dissatisfaction. In conclusion, I advise potential buyers to consider other options. A company that can't support its customers post-purchase or streamline its purchasing process is not one I can recommend.
I'll start with the positives...
I'll start with the positives. We bought a Dreame L10S Ultra a couple of years ago. It worked really well up until a week ago. First, the bot would lose its wifi connection and just stop, and now it won't charge or move out of the base anymore. When I looked up the problems online, other people have the same problems and it can't be solved with just replacing the battery (which we have done). It looks as if there is a problem with the motherboard. This might be a coincidence, but the bot's guarantee has just expired too. Absolute junk. I wouldn't recommend buying this robot cleaner or any of the others.
Stay away! Seriously
Seriously, do not purchase anything from this company! I have a seven month old robot mop/vacuum I paid hundreds of dollars for that has been broken for months. Dreame customer service is non existent, they do not honor their warranty, save yourself the trouble and buy a different brand. I have been emailing/calling almost daily for three months and still have a broken vacuum and no refund. Save yourself the headache!
Technical support is a joke
Their technical support via email is a joke.
I wrote to them regarding issues with mapping my garden with their Dreame A1 Pro robotic mower. The answer is AI generated and at this point I doubt that a human being checks it before pressing send. The AI's solutions are illogical and often contradicts its own previous statements of how the app works. Their two latest responses are almost identical and both do not address my current issue but try to help me with something I did not ask for.
Dreame X50 ultra complete cleaner is…
Dreame X50 ultra complete cleaner is not as promised. The support team doesn’t answer me.
The vacuum cleaner is bad, it's not a defect, it's just that it doesn't work as promised. The vacuum cleaner doesn't vacuum under the kitchen ledges, where there's the most trash. It won't return to vacuum a large pile of trash, even though it recognizes it as trash. It can't get through a narrow hallway with a 1cm threshold, you have to move it by hand. The vacuum cleaner also sucks up low carpets. It doesn't vacuum behind curtains, allthought it should get there easily and is marked on the map as a curtain. The battery drains disproportionately fast even though it only vacuums a small area.
I don't want this repaired, I want my money back and I want to return the product. The product does not match your description.
Dreame? More like nightmare
Been in contact with both Dreame & JB Hi Fi for months because I’ve requested a replacement volumising brush for my Airstyler - you’d think it’s a simple process right? Clearly not!
To put it briefly, no one reads emails properly. What I thought was a simple request has been going around in circles since May. Today is August 5 and I have received the email (straw) that broke the camel’s back.
I have been advised essentially what I was told in my very first email months ago.
The reviews on the JB Hi Fi website were pretty good, so I thought I was an anomaly but after reading some of the reviews on here clearly I’m not the only one having issues with customer service.
Whilst they’re always nice to deal with (unlike JB), they don’t really seem to want to help. This is disappointing given these products are quite expensive without the level of quality to match.
They have offered for me to send the unit back & replace it, which I do appreciate but I have expressed soooo many times that I use this most days & don’t understand why they can’t send me a simple replacement part (which I imagine costs ~50 cents to make) - I don’t need them to replace the whole unit. On that note, I have also explicitly asked why they cannot provide a replacement part, which no one has been able to answer?
I don’t know, I’ve put more effort in with contacting about this issue than anything I’ve ever purchased in my life so I’m pretty pissed off. I also was loving this item prior to it breaking, and raved about it to so many of my friends - huge regrets in doing this. There’s room for redemption if I can get that part, but I won’t hold my breath.
My Dreame robot vacuum worked fine for…
My Dreame robot vacuum worked fine for about a year, really good! then broke down. After the first repair, that 1,5 month. it came back and didn’t work at all anymore. Since then, I’ve been waiting for over a month for a return label that was promised multiple times – and still nothing.
Customer service is extremely slow, often unresponsive, and simply doesn’t follow through on what they say. The vacuum has now been sitting useless for nearly two months, and I’m getting no real help.
Dreame completely abandons its customers once something goes wrong. Cheap upfront, but it’ll cost you your time and nerves later. I would not recommend this brand to anyone – absolutely terrible service and no respect for customers.
Escalate to Dreame Management team
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the condition of my product after it was returned from warranty repair.
I purchased this unit on July 7, 2024. On June 28, 2025, the device experienced a loss of suction power, and I submitted a warranty repair claim the same day. I received the repaired unit today, July 18, 2025, via UPS. Although the outer packaging appeared intact, the product inside was severely damaged.
I had sent in a well-maintained, undamaged unit. However, the device returned to me now has multiple cracks and scratches all over its body. It appears to have been handled with little to no care during the repair or return process. I immediately sent photos of the damage to your customer support team right after delivery, but I have not received any response.
This level of unprofessionalism from the Dreame repair team is unacceptable, especially for a high-value product. I am requesting immediate attention and a resolution from Dreame regarding the damage caused during repair or return.
I look forward to your prompt response.
