Shaker Double Wardrobe With Drawers And Hanging Space

They sell cheap products. When you give 1 star review, then the company remove the review and only keep high star review.
Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.
I wasn’t expecting a premium wardrobe but I certainly wasn’t expecting such poor quality. The doors are flimsy, the back panel is thin cardboard with chipped edges, and the hanging rail doesn’t feel suitable for normal use. It has been a complete waste of my time, money and energy. I purchased the white wardrobe, and based on the quality I received, I have little confidence that the other colour options would be any better.
It took me 5-6 hours to build the wardrobe and when I raised my concerns, I was extremely disappointed to be offered only a £20 partial refund and asked to consider updating my negative Judge.me review if I accepted the offer. I refused, as genuine customer reviews should reflect a customer’s actual experience, not be influenced by compensation offers.
I requested a full refund due to the poor quality, but was told a full refund would only be available if the item was returned under their returns policy. I have left with no other option than to keep the wardrobe which has become a pain now.
My previous review was then removed!!!
Buyers should be aware that removing negative reviews does not provide a genuine picture of the product quality or the customer service experience.

Kind delivery Man
I am solely writing about the delivery experience as I have not yet assembled the drawers I got. I would like to thank Arthur for delivering my package all the way to my floor as a lady called on the phone before delivery saying that delivery is only to the ground floor as the company’s policy. Thankfully my building has a lift and Arthur took them up for me which i appreciated.
It would be nice if DHS delivers all items to the floors they are needed or clearly mention it on their website before purchasing these heavy items. It’s not ideal for a furnishing store to not deliver the items to the floor they need to be on

I’m very happy with the hanging chair I purchased. The quality is excellent, and it feels very strong and well made, so it is definitely worth the money.

Great all round, got a dining table with benches and was skeptical as it was so affordable but it’s actually decent quality and looks great in my dining room. Awful Quality and Customer Service
Bed arrived with chipped and split wood, dangerous metal protruding from the frame, poorly aligned sections and a missing structural support block required to safely assemble it.
Rather than replacing the missing component, they repeatedly suggested I source or make the part myself because they didn't have it in stock. By their insistence, it should be an easy job and yet they are unbothered to carry it out.
Their maximum 'goodwill' is a £30 refund towards finding a piece of wood ourselves, from a local source...
There is a clear disconnect between apologising and actions, which is severely disappointing. Actions speak louder than words etc.
