The **finish is flawless**, the **materials are of excellent quality**, and every single piece feels incredibly **solid, sturdy, and built to last**. The colour matched the pictures perfectly, and the overall craftsmanship is far better than I expected for the price.
The **chairs deserve a special mention**—they are extremely comfortable, and the **cushions are of outstanding quality**, offering the perfect balance of comfort and support. Once assembled, the entire set felt exceptionally robust and has just the right amount of weight, giving you complete confidence in its durability.
Another thing that impressed me was the attention to detail. **Everything arrived in absolutely perfect condition.** There wasn't a single scratch, dent, or missing part, and every component was carefully packaged. It's rare these days to receive flat-pack furniture where absolutely everything is present and in pristine condition.
The **assembly instructions were clear, accurate, and very easy to follow**, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
I also want to commend Dream Home Store for their **excellent customer service**. Throughout the process, their communication was prompt, transparent, and highly professional. Although there could've been a slight delay with the delivery, they handled the situation exceptionally well when highlighted, kept me updated throughout, and even made sure the delivery arrived 1 day earlier than planned and ensured everything was resolved smoothly. That level of professionalism and customer care is something you don't come across very often.
After spending weeks comparing furniture from numerous retailers across the UK, I can honestly say it's **very difficult to find this combination of premium quality, excellent craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and such competitive pricing**. Many stores charge considerably more without offering the same level of quality or support.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The entire experience—from ordering to delivery, communication, assembly, and finally seeing the finished product in my home—has been first-class.

I would strongly advise against…
I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
The bed that was delivered looks like a cheap imitation of what I believed I was ordering. The headboard is significantly shorter than it appears in the online photos, and the colour is completely different from the images on the website.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that the bed is "correct" because the dimensions listed on the website are accurate, and that the photos are only for "illustration purposes." To me, that feels like false advertising. If the product looks substantially different from the images used to sell it, customers are being misled.
To make matters worse, there was no understanding or empathy regarding my concerns. Instead, I was asked to measure the bed myself as proof that it matched the advertised dimensions.
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. I want a full refund and for this poor excuse for a bed and unopened mattress to be collected as soon as possible.
Update** now being told I would have to send the item back myself and take a video of proof!!! Can this be anymore ridiculous

Great beds! Easy to put together. Leo was superb on delivery, he waited for me to come back home 10 minutes that not to leave beds outside the property. One down side i was not informed day before when beds will be delivered. Definitely will use again and recommending. Thank you :)

The delivery driver Shiva was excellent very helpful and very polite kept in contact as to his arrival time. The bed was due to be delivered on the following Monday. I received a message saying they could deliver on the Saturday which they did by 9am. Which meant from purchase to deliver less than 24 hours very.
