The customer service was great. Responsive and quick resolution of the issue.
I have had 2 Dreamland blankets, the first broke after 2 years of use. I bought a 2nd when the first one broke, 18 months later thats stopped working with the dreaded blue flashing light. I have followed the washing instructions but still these have developed a fault. Each one seems to break in November, just when you need it most and when prices to rebut are at their most expensive.
I won’t be buying this brand again.
My wife and I had heated underblanket that was given to us by our son. After nearly 3 years it developed a fault on one side but it was just within the warranty period. I tried to contact Dreamland by phone but constantly got the message that there were no agents available to discuss the issue. Reading other reviews that does seem to be a common problem with Dreamland that they need to improve. So I contacted them by email and explained the problem. From that point on the customer service was outstanding. It was dealt with Soukaina Y. She identified the problem and sent me an information sheet to complete and a prepaid credit to return the faulty blanket via the DPD. I emailed the completed form and proof of despatch back to her and two days later I received the replacement blanket via DPD. I cannot fault the service I received and full credit goes to Soukaina who did an excellent job. It's November, the nights are cold, and we are again thoroughly enjoying the blanket as we have done for the past three years.
Above and beyond ... I have purchased a few of the heated snuggle throws one directly from Dreamland and two from another retailer ... I had an issue with one of the items that I had purchase from another retailer ... because the item was over a year old they would not honour the warranty or help in anyway .. I reached out to Dreamland and they have been so so helpful. Advice - buy directly from Dreamland.
The Dreamland Snuggle Up Electric Warming Throw - Grey
Luxurious grey velvet .. I cant be without them they heat up quickly and evenly very cosy and soft. Love them. Also thanks to customer service advisor Soukaina Y.
Return to where ?
I need to return an item and it is impossible !!! It states on the website that Dreamland pay for the returns, however there were no details of the return address included with the order. I also expected an invoice with the usual details like a VAT number, registered address and a phone number - a returns label would have helped???? An email from customer services saying they will get in touch ...
Alessia in Customer Service and the team went above and beyond to see my order was treated with top quality care with every issue solved to the highest standard. I'm hugely impressed with the way I've been treated, compassionately and with the highest respect. Definitely would recommend to anyone else considering buying from Dreamland.
Dreamland were quick to reply to emails (relating to replacement unit following a fault) and it was a human rather than a computer. Once I’d sent evidence and posted the faulty unit back, they sent a replacement straight away. The product itself is also good.
Great customer service. Quick, efficient and very responsive. And the heated throw works fine as well. Well done.
The product had a slight fault but thoroughly impressed by the quick customer service and replacement of Product.
I bought a couple of the 'Comfort Fan Heaters' for around the house. Very poor.
They consume over 2kW of power but barely warm the room at all. After 30 minutes, and sat 2 metres away, I was still wearing my outdoor sweater.
They are supposed to be 'whisper quiet' and use 'patented Silent Power technology to heat the environment in a rapid, safe and super silent way.' Not at all. Maybe 'whisper quiet' if you are a Town Crier or live next to Heathrow, but I have to turn the radio up over the noise it makes.
So it's expensive to operate, noisy and ineffective. For half the purchase price and half the running costs, I could get a halogen heater that really is silent and much more effective. The Dreamland heater is an absolute waste of money.
I ordered a double under blanket with a single control. On the website for this product it shows a diagram for the control on the left side. When it arrived the control was on the right side.
Apparently in a completely different section of the website under FAQs it explains this but why would you search there ??? They refused to pay the return cost- this is false advertising
4.12.25 . After posting the review above Dreamland offered and paid for the return postage fee.

They only have one advisor name of Nina
She answers all calls if your lucky if you get through before getting cut of by the system
They are liars asked to speak to management no luck
I would highly recommend look away they lie
First one dead on arrival. Replacement lasted 2 years then died. Not under warranty. Would not buy again

Having a nightmare. Got given an address to return a heated throw to at my cost emailed 3 times for a refund after having to provide all the tracking and prof of delivery but no response whatsoever. Giving it another day then I’ll have to report to my credit card company and try and get my £68 back that way. Really upset as I have 5 of their heated throws in the house and gifted 2 but I won’t be buying another based on my first customer service experience #217950
Don’t buy from them! I ordered an electric blanket which DPD were supposed to deliver on 30 September. DPD sent an email saying it was delivered but the photo was of someone else’s property. I’ve written to customer services at Dreamland UK 5 times asking them for a refund but they have not contacted me at all. But behind the scenes they must have contacted DPD because on 23 October the DPD tracking says item on way back to Dreamland and the tracking has not been updated since then. I cannot believe Dreamland think it’s acceptable to ignore my messages. I also tried to ring them within working hours but the message said no one was available and disconnected. Finally, giving up, I’ve raised a dispute with my bank. Hopefully they will have more success than I did. (As I needed an electric blanket I bought a Slumberland one from Amazon and it turned up next day).
Very helpful customer service. Had an issue where my 10% discount wasn't added time of order. This was quickly resolved.
This company will go out of its way to make sure you can’t return an item in 14 days so they don’t give refunds. Their products are not good quality and overpriced. Appalling customer service. After multiple emails no return address given and you have to pay for return shipping.

Very fast response from customer service when I emailed regarding my heated throw not working. They suggested leaving it plugged in for 15 minutes before switching the controller on and it worked! Thank you Sara!
The colour is as shown. The quality is better than I expected, very soft and comfortable.
Dreadful customer services, putting the blame for their own misinformation on me ... The company's website gives completely misleading information about a fan heater. The product's manual, accessed online from the product's web page, suggests the heater has a timer function, but it doesn't, because apparently the product brochure refers to two models - and the one I'm purchasing doesn't have a timer. But I don't know that, because nowhere on the product's webpage does it tell you this, or give you the actual model number so you can compare with the product manual. I therefore purchase the product with the reasonable understanding that it has a timer, as shown in the manual. When I receive the unit and find that it doesn't have a timer, I am then told it's my fault that I purchased the 'wrong' product by mistake. They initially offered me free returns postage only if I took my review down. (I refused and they have now sent me a returns label now.) ...However, I have asked a number of simple questions, the answers to which would demonstrate their errors, but they are refusing to answer. Given that customer services is the only way of making a complaint, I can only also make a complaint to the person that I have a complaint about. Go figure ...
