First product of a split order was…
First product of a split order was delivered, late, to an unknown address. The second part of the delivery, two toilet pans and seats, were delivered late and without any packaging. Both were marked or damaged. Neither were acceptable for use in my clients house so I refused the delivery and have had to source the product elsewhere leading to delays on site.

Misleading despatch times
Misleading despatch times, yet charges high postage cost. I placed an order as part of a renovation I'm doing, and was then told on an email update that the item is out of stock and it won't be available for at least 3 weeks. When I flagged my concern to customer services, they had a cold response and said I could have swapped the item. If you don't have it in stock, you should make that clear at the point of purchase.

Great customer experience
Great website, found a toilet that I absolutely love, that ticks all the boxes. Ordered it and was easy to see the cistern and fittings options that I might need with it. Price was competitive and quality looked very high end. Delivery with BJS was great, they gave a 3 hour window, called 1 hour before arrival and arrived within the hour, 2 man delivery to the front door. Still not fitted, but looks perfect, waiting on units which I bought elsewhere! Maybe given the fast delivery, I should have ordered everything from Drench!! Good experience, would recommend!

I was given a date for delivery and a 3…
I was given a date for delivery and a 3 hour time slot of 1600 to 1900, 1915 a text came through saying they could not deliver due to a family emergency of the delivery driver and reassigned delivery a further two days later. As I write, I am yet to take delivery of my order on the new date. Really poor delivery service.
