Requires you to verify address in order to ship you clothes so I will not do business with them ever again.... The 1st and 2nd time I ordered from them was great then after they kept cancelling my order and wanted me to verify my address so I sent them something to verify it with and they kept denying it..... So I will not be doing business with them ever again...

This store requires verification of address with every order. For me, that's suspicious. Their cashgrab reward is a BIG fake. They are trucking customers to order from them. If it was up to me, I would closed this store. Anyone can tell me how I can make a formal report about the store?

Really enjoy this app for shopping and rewards. Very easy to navigate and super hip and fine. Also, the quality of the items are amazing and the shipping came in just in time.

I have been tracking my package for 4 months now and still nothing, The last update I recieved was on the 9th of April, it is July now and I haven't recieved any update since. "The item is on transport to the country of destination"... come on guys it takes you f#@k£n 4 months to get items to South Africa. As for PostNL international you guys are useless as well

Ive placed my order in July 2020 and to date January 2021 (Six months later) have not received it. The tracking says it been delivered and they every time i try to contact dressinn the say i should contact my local post office which always confirms they do not have my parcel. South Africans stay away from this scam

Scammers, fraudsters and bullshitters.
I ordered a sweatshirt and it never arrived, after contacting them about the purchase, I only received a copy paste reply stating that the product hasn’t arrived at their warehouse.. there people are scammers, stay away from them.

Ordered an article, size was too small, returned the article and stumbled upon the following problems:

1. Return takes places 3-4 weeks, which is not stated in the FAQ before you buy.
2. Refund wasn't complete, excluding shipping costs, which is not stated anywhere on the site.

This is not how you do eCommerce nowadays, skip this site, use Asos, Zalando etc. Never again

I was stupid enough to buy one of these, thought it was too good to be true. I was sent something you could not buy in a $2 shop. They have gone to a lot of trouble to produce images of a real robot BUT THAT is NOT what you get! Fraudsters!

This is the worst company in the world. I wouldn’t give any stars. It nearly four months to receive a very poorly made fake purse. I would never recommend buying anything from them. They are a total scam

I ordered the item on may 25.
Then it suppose to be delivered at june 3-8, 2020. Then they said that if ever it didn't came at that date I'll go to our nearest post office.
The tracker always says the package is in transit to the destination or the package has been arrived to the country destination. The last updated was july 13. Its been 2 months. I would appreciate if you return my money. You dumbass

I finally got my Order after more than 20 days delay. To be honest, I am not satisfied with the service. I understand that due to the Covid 19 situation worldwide delays are becoming usual but as a company that provides goods you should stay more proactive- to constantly send mails informing your customers where their parcels are and why are they detained, etc, etc.
I was sure I wasted my money and time. Your support policy is zero. You should work on it.
Finally - I got what I ordered. And I thank you for that.

. Ordered a tote bag 2 months ago and haven't recieved it yet. They did deduct the $35 from my account immediately. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I will not be ordering from this company again.

i would like to lodge a complaint against Dressing ,its been 11 months since I ordered my shoes from them and I Have complained and ask to get a refund and they keep on saying. They will but no help. I have tried all different forms to communication but no help even Trustpilot they replied but they dont help me at all and is so frustrating .

Well, I went through PayPal to get a refund on what Dressin sent me in place of what I thought I was ordering. To my disappointment, they came back with an offer of $10.00 of a $54.98 payment. So, even that isn’t a help. They are going to try again for a new offer. This is such a scam company and they shouldn’t be allowed to sell on Facebook. I’m completely disgusted.

I got my two robots but they are not the Lawrence robots as advertised. They are a cheap robot that you can't do anything with.I sent them an email about a week ago and haven't heard anything back. I told them this is false advertisement. Don't buy anything from these frauds.

This company has to be a scan I paid 71.98 through PayPal about 10 days ago and yet no products. They send me the same damn message everytime. The good thing is I used PayPal so I will be getting my money back I hope. SO DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.......

I'm having the same problem everybody else is here. I ordered a robot on Dec 9th still no tracking number and the order says unfilled. So take money and don't send the product. ANYONE THINKING OF ORDERING FROM DRESSIN.STORE ((((((DON'T DO IT!)))))))))
