Poor Service

Love the product, but their customer service and dispatch handling is poor.

Had a subscription set up for both cognitive and sleep. Twice I've had issues with incorrect product being delivered, after changing my subscription.

Recently, I changed my cognitive subscription to order now. I recieved 2 bottkes of sleep which I didnt need. My credit card was charged for 1 bottle of cognitive.

I was accused by staff I was wrong and it wasnt a warehouse error, however they hadn't checked facts after showing them what I had been charged.

Not a good experience, so they have lost a customer. Have cancelled all my subscriptions now.
