Ordered & paid then shipping increased by 80AUD!!
Bought grape case and paid shipping costs of 22AUD ( which it still shows as when at checkout) emailed a few times as not had any shipping conformation- after a few unanswered emails i messaged on app - then received a reply to say there was an error message when trying to print my shipping label ! A day later i received an email this time to advise actually shipping costs were going to cost 100 AUD not 22 aud as paid for. The order was cancelled & email received saying : order cancelled as requested refund not yet processed, so again after a few emails unanswered the refund was processed. After receiving refund, days later i got an email from their director Can Sener , apologising for delay in reply as they were backlogged from sales promo. Bad service and very disappointed.
