Please respond to emails and messages

I’m really frustrated that they avoid replying to messages. I’ve emailed them and messaged them through their contact form on their website, twice in the last week and still no response!
I just want an answer to my question….
I have 2 x 10kg dumbbells and want to add more weights…..do you sell add ons??

Cheap Tat…

I purchased a bathroom storage cabinet from this company via Amazon. The unit is very poor quality. I mean like a polystyrene jigsaw puzzle. Everytime I move it the cabinet falls apart. The finish well there is no finish. Wasted £20 odd. Just a warning to everyone DONT BUY any of these cabinets. I left a similar review on Amazon. Seller couldn't give 2 hoots.

looks like this company is living up to…

looks like this company is living up to its name yet again,i ordered a mattress from the Range did not know this company was involved and low and behold same story cannot take it back have no means of collecting it and offered me £30 to keep it !! . i've been done out of £134-99 which to a 70 year old pensioner is a lot of money, why are the Range letting them continue to trade under their name and Trading Standards need to have a look at theses cowboys !!!

Please please do not order from this…

Please please do not order from this company . I ordered a vibration plate exercise machine , I wanted to return it for health reasons tried to return it through the Range ( where I ordered it from ) they tell me they don’t take returns ( it’s still in the box ) not opened . I have sent 20 e mails and they are refusing to take the machine back or refund me . The Range have no interest in getting involved . SCAM company !!

NO HUMAN CONTACT!

ordered cross over stepping machine.
there was a problem with delivery.
wanted to speak to their customer services.
their robot would not let me speak to a human and could not answer my question.
I WLL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE JOKERS AGAIN!!!!

STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!

STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!! Ordered a faux plant from The Range but was a market place product from this company, something not detailed on their website. Wasn’t as nice as pictured so requested a refund. They told me they don’t have a collection service so it was my duty to return even though this isn’t said on the website as I would’ve never ordered. Then said my only way of a refund was to donate and get a receipt of donation (is that even a thing?!?) When I’ve tell you I’ve never experienced such poor customer service, it blows my mind how The Range are in business with this pathetic company. A month later and I’m still chasing a refund. Stay away from this brand and I’d only buy from The Range in store.

I ordered a rug from the range

I ordered a rug from the range. I thought it was from the range and had no idea they were using third party companies. The rug arrives and it’s not suitable so I try to return to the range but they advised that I have to organise it with the third party seller - dripex. Contact them, the say they cannot arrange collection of the return so will I accept a £10 refund and I can keep the rug. Then when I said no they upped the refund to £20. Again I said no and so they told me to donate the rug to charity and then send a receipt and then I can have a refund? What kind of company is this?? I would avoid any dealings with them if I were you

wrong mattress size sent…

I ordered a double mattress via The Range and received a single mattress. They offered a discount but unfortunately I don't need a single so asked for the double instead and they say they do not collect.

Now they want me to donate the single, send proof and get a refund.
I want the mattress I paid for and only then can I donate the wrong one. My child is uncomfortable because they do not want to take accountability and send me what I paid for. They now listed it on The Range website for a higher fee. Day light robbery

Why wasn't I contacted before a single was sent out when my order clearly said Double.

Terrible

Still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks, takes them 4 days to respond to each email, the latest email says the person who can process it is on sick leave so they will contact another one, wish I had read the reviews on here silly mistake as I see this is normal for them, going to have to contact my bank, shocking company do not buy from this company

Frustrating experience

Contacted customer support to try and get a copy of instructions for a treadmill I’d purchased on Amazon a couple of years ago. Was told as I didn’t order it direct from them there’s nothing they can do which I find ridiculous. Why gatekeep this information? Most reputable places would have them already available to directly download from the website. Very frustrating, would not recommend dealing with this company.

Dont be a brave fool and scroll past the reviews for this one. I thought I'd get lucky but boy I was wrong. Ordered a office chair and the thing came apart after a few months of use. Contacted seller and they assumed no responsibility. Ridiculous. Avoid!!!

Absolutely pathetic customer service

Absolutely pathetic customer service.

Purchased one of their spin bikes, which is now just out of warranty. The resistance knob is completely threaded (making the exercise bike useless) and was just after some advice on how to access the mechanism take a look at it, as I think it just needs a new bolt or locking nut. The response is possibly the worst I've had from a customer service email and I have dealt with myHermes & yodel in the past.

Fobbed off, none of their business apparently for a product they sell, pathetic. I suppose you get what you pay for, cheap product cheap parts cheap service.

AVOID

AVOID!

The app doesn't work, my remote control doesn't work, so I am unable to use the product I spent £300 on. I tried to contact customer service but WhatsApp doesnt work, mobile number on website doesn't work. Nothing works.

I emailed them and got the most pointless unhelpful response. Problem still not solved.

Complete waste of money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have a bike from Dripex with a broken pedal. I contacted them and got a response within 48 hours saying i could buy a replacement part. When i stated that it was under warranty they have started to ignore me. This was over a week ago. The mobile number on the website isn't connected, the Whatsapp QR code is invalid and noone responds to emails. This company is as good as a scam. Poor quality products with non-existent customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
