Very good quality jerseys and so many options

It's been a month and I don't have my shirts yet. 3 emails trying to follow it up and no one replies so I can't rate a product I don't have yet.

Great shirt, but be prepared for a very long wait!

I am torn about this company, as in I want to order from them again as the products are good, and for most of my orders I have had no issues, but when there is an issue with an item, or a delay in delivery there is no customer service, I emailed a couple of times wanting to exchange one top (I have purchased many without issue) and I get no reply. They say not to just return it, you must contact them first. I have tried many times, No one ever replies to emails and there is no way else to contact them. The customer service is bad.

It still hasn’t been delivered and I been ordered this in August. I personally don’t know the reasoning there was no communication and I’m still waiting on my Jersey.

Ordered almost 5 months ago and still haven’t got anything. The customer service doesn’t help at all and I can’t get a refund. Absurd!

I still haven't recieved my order after 2 months of waiting and constantly sending emails to your support account. Instead of recieving what I ordered, I got a dress, and I have even sent proof in my emails of what I have been given, but all I got in return were some auto-generated emails.

My order has not arrived..why am I receiving this survey when my order has still not arrived!

I ordered my tops 3 months ago and I still haven’t received my items!!! No one replies to emails or takes weeks to get back to you!!! Terrible terrible service.

Good quality shirts, good customer service.
Only bad thing was that the delivery took for ever but other than that no real problems

The item was shipped, but it’s been almost 21 days and I’ve received no updates from any emails I’ve sent to the company; there is no updates that also follow up and I have no idea what to do.

Update, I just received an email and the package is finally in the US at Miami and should take a day to deliver apparently; I also received an email addressing the issue and I’m much more relieved.

Okay I finally got my package and I’m happy with my item, the shirt is really nice and my custom order for the number and name is great :)

Had some problems with shipping and took a very long time to finally deliver
(8 months) When it came the quality and sizing was very good

Completely unacceptable deliveryplan! Had to wait 6 weeks to recieve my order which is double the maximum period displayed by the Company.

When reaching out i got eiter no answer - or at least really slow handling telling me “we’re busy, sorry”

Last but not least - you run a “but 2 get 1” Campaign claiming “Will end soon”. This campaign has been active since I ordered on the 12th of june, as is still active. This is misleading and from a legal perspective without a doubt constructed to mislead the constumer.

I got my order - products are as expected. But to have the feeling og having being scammed for 6 weeks makes me want to tell everyone to stay away.

Do better, Dripped Collectives. This is no way to run a Company.

First I tought it was scam but then I received my order and it was perfect and fit good and quality is also very good

I’ve had one of the worst online shopping experiences I can remember with Dripped Collectives.

After placing my order for 3 jerseys — 2 of which I paid extra to have customized — I waited over a month for delivery, only to receive one customized shirt and two incorrect ones. All three were also the wrong size. Fine, mistakes happen — but that was just the beginning.

I reached out to customer service and was offered a partial refund and a replacement, but only if I returned the incorrect items at my own expense — nearly €30 to send them from the Netherlands to the UK. I asked if return shipping would be covered. Silence.

Eventually, I returned the items (out of my own pocket), and tracking confirms they were delivered on June 27th. I emailed again on July 1st asking for an update. It’s now been weeks, and I’ve received zero response.

At this point, I’m out of pocket for the jerseys, the customizations I didn’t receive, and the international return shipping — and I still don’t have the products I paid for. Add to that the lack of communication and accountability, and this feels more like a scam than a legitimate business.

I cannot recommend Dripped Collectives to anyone. Terrible service, poor communication, and no respect for the customer. Buyer beware.
