My Gp wanted 150 quid to see me in 4 weeks. Booked my appointment and got seen by the doctor the same day. Dr Quadri was very professional and took his time to explain everything clearly. Amazing service !!

I had an issue with a particular staff member who was very rude to me on the phone. After making a complaint and speaking to a senior member of staff, they understood where i was coming from and resolved my issue for me instantly. They did this in a very timely manor and for that i am very appreciative of their service. It was annoying having to go through a complaint process, but like i said they did an amazing job in resolving my issue for me. The senior member of staff apologised for the inconvenience i faced and booked me in for another appointment. In conclusion i would recommend this service to others.
