Achtung Falle!!!!Schlechter Service!!!!
Achtung Falle! Wir wurden getäuscht. Auf dem Hinweg waren alle Shuttelbusse defekt. Auf dem Rückweg waren alle Mitarbeiter krank, sodass wir nochmal 50€ für ein Taxi ausgeben mussten. Zeitweise dachten wir unser Auto wurde geklaut. Letztendlich mussten wir das Auto von einem Parkplatz abholen der nicht besprochen war. SEHR SEHR schlechter Service!!!!!!

Beware of this trap! We were ripped off. On the way there, all the shuttle buses were out of service. On the way back, all the staff were sick, so we had to spend another €50 on a taxi. At one point, we thought our car had been stolen. In the end, we had to pick up the car from a parking lot that hadn't been agreed upon. VERY, VERY bad service!!!!!!

We booked the parking space through Parkmundo. We dropped the car off at the airport on March 25th (this service was offered to us due to time constraints) and landed today (April 12th, 2026). The phone was off, and we couldn't reach anyone. When we arrived at the airport police station, we were the sixth people to report the car stolen, and more arrived after us. The staff were nowhere to be found, and the parking lot where the cars had been was completely empty. With the help of the airport police (a huge thank you to them!), our car was located.
