Spotless!
Works like a charm. Was able to see how far by cab was from arriving and could even preview the name of the driver. Amazing!
When the trip was over, the driver and I rated each other ... so cool!
This will change the way we use cabs!

A very bad beginning...
I started using Drivr on New Years Eve (13/14) and experienced something that shouldn't happen. Due to (what I believe was) a combination of delayed push notifications from Drivr's system and the lack of validation of the customer, somebody - who was in the street at the time of the arrival of the taxi - got a free ride at my expense, hence leaving me and my family in the street without the taxi. Drivr has promised me that a refund should be on its way and I'm sure it is, nevertheless this should never happen.
The lack of validation might not be a problem in general and I'm sure that new years eve shouldn't be the point of benchmark but it symbolizes a problem: that the lack of validation constitutes a security problem since the credit card is attached to the customers profile and payment is handled by Drivr without the customer confirming the payment at the end of the ride. I have suggested Drivr to implement some sort of validation at the beginning of the ride.

We're are aware of the risk of this very easy booking and payment for taxis. Our current standpoint is that we value the ease of use for customers very high and will instead cover the expense for any user who have be wrongfully charged for a trip.

Exceptional service and luxury at a very affordable price
Driving in a the back seat of a black Mercedes S-Class where your chauffeur opens the door for you and generally is being exceptionally kind all the time is a very pleasant and welcome experience. I feel like a boss, and I arrive like a boss, but without paying a sky high price. And when I arrive, I don't even have to bring out my VISA - everything happens in the app.

Joyride was a joyous ride
Too many pints to be had, and I had most of them. Arranged for the Drivr service. Interface was easy to use and I was able to get a luxurious ride back to my flat and the rates were very reasonable. Would use it again, and makes me want to ride in style again and again.......
