Part 2 of the previous review. Their customer support reply stated they would follow up and investigate the problems and numerous back and forth emails. As is typical of their awful support, I have not received ANY follow-05/ up from them.

The shower head does not work for my area.…

The shower head does not work for my area. have to change filter ever week.

Please stop my account and stop billing me and stop sending out filters. Please. To much work and cost to change it every week. To expensive!

I’m all set.

Ok, so I have the original one and needed filters, but the sell on Mother’s Day, had two of the blue ones with the fan, plus a years worth of filters. I received them over the weekend and I do not like them. They do not increase my water pressure very much at all, plus the filters do not fit the original one. I really need to send the back and get the original ones. I am not satisfied with the blue ones AT ALL! 😔

filters offered at 70% off following my original purchase, which made it possible for me to purchase 3! Again, I had a very positive experience with these awesome customer support representatives. I cannot speak more highly of the assistance that I received today! Shower head hose leaks at shower head attachment

My original purchased: Order #DS38598164 was back in late December 2025. Order was paid for thru my PayPal account.
Purchased 2 shower heads with hose & holder kits with a year supply of filters.
First off; your customer service contact phone number is out-of-service. Has been since February Can't reach anyone by phone.
Next; I've tried a couple of times to cancel my monthly filter subscription that i did not know I had signed up for?? I must have missed that part? That's why I purchased the 12 extra filters.
I bought the 12 filters at a HUGE discount when I first bought both my 2 shower heads so I would not need the revolving filter subscription.
Now one of the hoses I purchased has a leak at the shower head attachment area (hose side connection area) to the head. It's not a washer that leaks; it's the hose portion in the area of the connection to the head inside the collar swivel on the hose that connects to the shower head. That is the best I can describe. I've replaced the hose with the other hose & holder kit (temporarily until I can get a replacement) I purchased and now it works fine.
Your filters are not of the best quality for the money ($30 for one?). I cut a used filter open with a pair of scissors was surprised how ineffective it was filtering my hard water. I've used other ($12) carbon based filters and they did a much better job filtering.
To say the least I'm very discouraged and concerned about the quality. I'm also upset there's no practical means of customer support.
The only reason your even getting 2 -stars is the performance of the head. It seems to be the only thing worth the monies.
I hope my shower hose & filter problems do not fall upon deaf ears, and that you remedy my problem in good faith by canceling my filter subscription and let me return all subscribed filters (they are still in original packaging, never been opened) back for a full refund and send me a new hose at no charge.

Love the shower head

Other than the product kind of taking awhile to get to me (Mexico) it was worth the wait. The shower head is awesome. Here we have a problem with hard water and calcium deposits and our shower heads get clogged up, but this one didn't and I can't say enough about the pressure. The only thing I would change about it is I wish it had a curved design. I loved it so much I ordered three more.

Very cheap plastic made

Very cheap plastic made. Never did give good pressure. Pressure never changed when switched. The entire thing split around and broke within 2 weeks use.

This shower head is a true game changer…

This shower head is a true game changer ! It more than doubled the water pressure I was getting with my old shower head . The filter grabs impurities & is so easy to replace . I highly recommend this !!

very misleading ordering experience

just wanted a shower head, somehow my order came up to $400+ because i couldnt close the phony “information” videos with some fake doctor during the ordering process

I previously purchased the turbo shower…

I previously purchased the turbo shower heads and I absolutely love them. I have recently upgraded to the ion shower head and I am greatly looking forward to using it. I also have taken advantage of the faucet filters. I have well water and the contaminants in the water fluctuates but are always there. I do hope to be able to finally drink water from my faucet without the horrible taste and smell.
I would recommend these products to everyone.

Ordering and installation were very…

Ordering and installation were very easy. We waited a little longer than expected for the delivery, but we were ok with it. We like the water stream and the softness. Hair and skin felt softer almost immediately. We also like that the showers are not taken as long. Overall, a very positive experience.
