Ordering and installation were very…

Ordering and installation were very easy. We waited a little longer than expected for the delivery, but we were ok with it. We like the water stream and the softness. Hair and skin felt softer almost immediately. We also like that the showers are not taken as long. Overall, a very positive experience.

Subscription Enquiry

I needed to contact support about my filter subscription renewal. The team responded to my enquiries quickly & were very helpful. I was able to have my subscription halted until l need more filters (l ordered plenty with my initial order) l achieved what l needed with care & respect. I was also advised to check the marketing teams emails for the best offers to buy in bulk annually. I am happy with the shower head & the after sales support. Thanks from Australia

Send me the filters I've ordered twice…

Send me the filters I've ordered twice and haven't got yet.
I first ordered about 3 or 4 months ago received the shower head never received the filters I ordered with it. I ordered another shower head to give as a gift for somebody and ordered another set of filters. instead I receive an extra shower head today. Still no filters.

I left a review on Trustpilot…Autoship resolved

I left a review on Trustpilot complaining about the auto ship subscription. Drivse responded right away to my email that included the order number. They have cancelled the auto ship order already!

I am quite happy with the ion shower head! The shower spray is fine, the water feels much softer and my hair feels much silkier! I am quite pleased with the product so far.

Excellent service with replacement

a must have product for hard water
previously purchased and very satisfied with the results. I have fine, straight hair an now a comb goes through smoothly after my shower. Had an issue with the product and Drivse was contacted. I explained the situation and sent photos as well. Original purchase was over 90 day warranty, however, a replacement at low cost satisfied my concerns, Very satisfied with the service received and cooperation to rectify the problem, Drivse is highly recommended to all.

Autoship

Autoship: Your website would not allow me to enter "submit order" unless I purchased a "buy 3 get 3 free" for $110.00" then it automatically signed me up for a monthy delivery at a charge of $35.00 for one filter monthly when I already have six! I have tried to "cancel subscription" but "manage order and subscriptions" only show me the order and no way to "cancel subscription". Signed "Angry Customer" ps, stop trying to debit my bank account!
You can buy 10 replacement filters on Amazon for $14.00

I have never opened the package

I have never opened the package. My apartment complex will not allow me to alter the shower head.
There is not a phone number to call and your drivse.com
says it is not valid when entered.

Shower head is the strongest I've had

Shower head is the strongest I've had . But after 4 months it developed pinhole leaks that were annoying.

Just wow 🤩!

Ok, at first I had a few trouble with my order submission. But the customer service team was phenomenal. Even though they have lots of people who are getting their attention ( questions, tracking or other), they were pretty quick to respond to my dilemma and very helpful. Can’t wait for my order to arrive now!
