The shower heads arrived really fast and I installed them both very easily... The power is great and the options for spray type are much better than I had before! Very happy and would definitely recommend.

The quality of the device is far superior to the Moen & Delta plastic handhelds that crack and leak and need to be replaced too frequently. The filter also helps remove minerals from the well water. Definitely a step up in our handheld shower appliance.

When i received it was broken. It then proceeded to break even more so that it was unusable. I emailed several times with no response zero customer service. Will spread the word of how bad this company is.

Honestly it just made showering feel nicer overall. The water spreads evenly and doesn’t feel harsh on my shoulders. My hair rinses faster too which i didnt expect. Simple change but worth it.

This company is a complete rip off. I bought two of their showerhead and both of them broke within just a couple of months. When I reported the first one they told me they would give me a refund, but they didn’t and when I reported the second one they said it wasn’t within 30 days of purchase so they wouldn’t give me a refund although the showerhead exploded and almost injured my grandchild in the face. This is a terrible product. It is sold by Temu, which should tell you something and I would recommend people not waste their money this way. This company will never give you a refund. Don’t waste your time.

Easy to install.

We had your original shower head, and we lost one the first week we had it, my husband dropped it and it broke, but we had the second one that worked marvelously. Recently I noticed a hairline crack in it, so I ordered a new one and it was your updated model. I really prefer it over the older one. It works great.

I would give zero stars but not an option. Customer service is terrible to respond. The shower head is not compatible with my shower unless I hire a plumber. The cartridges are very expensive and somehow I signed up for auto fill. I tried to cancel the subscription but they sent and charged me anyway. Doubt I will be able to return. Chalking up a 200$ plus loss. The shower heads feel very cheap and junkie. I would not recommend.

I ordered filters and they were delivered twice but the delivery driver wouldn't leave the package. I have not heard from the company or delivery company. I would like another delivery or a refund please.

The 20 thousand up sells made me try to cancel my order.
The product is good.
Only problem keeping it from being GREAT is the fact that it only has 3 nozzle spray settings.

It was fine until the metal around the hose unraveled and the plastic liner started to bubble out until it was cabbage size then burst. Water all over the bathroom. Husband was in the shower at the time.

I have never experienced customer service like this. When I send an email, I hear from somebody within 10 minutes. It’s really unbelievable. I don’t have to wait a day for someone to get back to me to accomplish something simple. They are incredibly responsive.

I have no idea how to replace the old shower head with the new

I'm anxiously waiting and excited to try this. I'm sure it will improve my hair. Will let you when I receive it, but will use it for maybe 2 weeks before I reply again. Ty

I thank you for your speedy response and making the order fair by giving me 12 filters at no cost after the order went through after I stopped it half way through ordering( the video was still playing) that was very fair of you to do so , that’s why I went ahead and completed the order,although I really ordered it so I could get to places in my body that you can’t when your 300 lbs but having a stronger water flow is good too. Once again thanks for being fair and speedy, it would’ve been 5 star but the mishap of it going through without my complete permission had me pretty upset ,I can’t wait to get it ,THANKS AGAIN

I liked that the company refunded my order (which was in error) at my request. But I am disappointed that the hose to my shower heads rusted!

I have tried to cancel the reoccurring filters 2 times now. No phone # offered when I sent an email. $56.00 for 2 filters per month when the showerhead is only used 1 month a year at my vacation condo. I was told to reject when delivered or return package to sender the first time I contacted this company.

I ordered two Drivse IonDrops shower heads on March 08, 2026. First, this product does NOT ship
"... directly from their warehouse in Teton Valley [Idaho]," as stated in the ad. Rather, it ships from Shenzhen, China, which also blows the promised "two-day shipping" out of the water, as customs delays will stretch that to two or three weeks (mine arrived nineteen days after I placed my order).
I didn't order the hose (bought one at Ace Hardware, but check Lowe's and Home Depot for better prices; any standard hand-held shower hose will fit), and I didn't order the FILTER SUBSCRIPTION, because I knew that meant recurring charges on my credit card.
But wait ...
A month after I had placed my order, my bank called me, and asked if I had reordered this item.
I told them, "No, I hadn't."
Drivse held onto my credit card number, and charged me AGAIN, only this time the charge was one penny less than the original price $57 and change; I don't remember exactly).
In order to avoid any future attempts, I canceled my credit card and my bank reissued it with a different number.
About the product:
Technically, it works as a shower head.
However, it WILL NOT increase your water pressure (I knew this before I ordered. A ridiculous claim, but not an issue for me, so I was willing to ignore it).
Most parts are plastic, and I don't expect it to last long with regular use.
Overall, I would warn any potential buyers to be very aware of Drivse's misleading claims.
There are similar, less-expensive but superior-quality shower heads like Feelso and Prewan (twenty bucks each) available from Amazon. They do the same things Ion Drops claims to, plus they have additional features, and you DON'T need a subscription to buy the filters (which will also fit Ion Drops shower heads, by the way).
