Not to use offensive words? So how can one person honestly refer to this company and their running scam?
For months now I have called (no one answer the phone ever), I have emailed them repeatedly asking, begging them to stop the billing and shipment on this product. These people get away with crime every time! No one looks after the consumer .. I had to cancel my card with all the negative collateral damage that comes with just to stop this nonsense..and I'm sure this will not be the last thing I heard of them..do not use this company.

Attended Sept the 12th pet fair. Filled out a appication at 9:45, opening of the fair. Went to planned pethood international, websiite and filled out a second application and pet finder for the third all on the same dog(Rajah). We made a inperson appearance September the 13th at 10am, we were told we would receive a call on meet and great in 1 hour.
Two hours passed, we walked in
The same person barely recognized us from that morning. We live within walking distance. I would not recommend using this service, for my needs.

I ordered dr Jeff's. After reading how the vitamins gave them energy and made their coats glossy,from allergy and scratching! My little dachshund mix, has never looked worse! She lost all her hair from waist to tail! ALL OF IT! Like a horror show! The formula in a month has half jar hardened. THIS STUFF IS POISON! DONT GIVE TO ANIMAL YOU LOVE! PLEASE!

I have 8 dogs and I do foster care for a rescue and I tried this on my dogs and they love it but it cost way to much money for me to keep up with buying it and it's not even all the way full to the top for the container it's in and the container is not even that big

Can't give it no stars or I would. Product does not work and they keep sending product and charging credit card. They know they hide the recurring charges so they can sucker people into buying their product which does not work.

Two orders sent without me ordering. I desperately want to return. Please send authorization for return.

Scam cancelled subscription and keep getting billed. Never use this company

100% scam do not buy!!! They will just keep charging your credit card. It’s crap

This made my two small dogs very sick. Vomiting and bloody diarhea. One had to have an IV to get hydrated. I will never use again.

Now I’m paying the same price $45 which was for 4.76 ounces, claim new product replacement 1.85 ounces which is 2.91 ounces less but same serving size. Feel like a scam to me.

After my initial buy, that by the way was duplicated, I was placed on autoship without my approval. Once I requested to stop shipments and credit my card for unauthorized charges. They gave me the runaround for a while then emailed me stating that they were going to "cancel shipments and credit my card", but two weeks later they sent me a new shipment. This time after my claim they emailed me a return label, already received the return, but as of today I have yet to receive the credit for those two shipments

Scam!! I got my jar today and it’s less than half full. What a scam!!! I’m pretty sure I was able to not get repeat shipments by paying more for this one jar who’s is less than 2 oz. of product. Live and learn. I’ll never buy it again. Dr mercola has the best option still.

This product came in a good sized jar, but it was 1/4 full. Way too much money for such a small amount. When you order, autoship is already chosen and since I’m not used to this, I didn’t notice. It took me a long time to find a way to contact the company to tell them that I didn’t want autoship. Now, they are saying the supplement is concentrated and is a smaller amount, but suggested feeding is the same as before it was concentrated. It doesn’t make sense and everything just made me feel like this is a scam. I will find a better supplement for my fur baby.

Grifters gotta grift. After paying $45 for my first shipment of this stuff, I was somewhat surprised at the small size of the jar when I opened the package. But I was REALLY shocked to open the jar and find that it was only 20 - 25% full! This stuff is horrendously overpriced, for what appears to be no more than 3 tablespoons or so of product. I bet Dr. Jeff isn't even a veterinarian to the stars!

I was thinking i was being scammed when we re-ordered and when the product was delivered it was not 3 jars of 4.76 OZ. we recieved 3 jars of 1.85 OZ. Same price less quanity. Figuring I was going to return it, due to bait and switch i have found other complaining about the same thing. No notification, and Jeff's replying that they were able to condense all of the Original nutrients and probiotics into a more concentrated form with the same amount of servings. To me this does not make sense. When they state they had no fillers in the original product and a 90 lb dog waould use 3 scoops in the old product, and 3 scoops in the new condensed product. I would think that the new product serving would have been reduced also..

USING 3 scoops a day:
I went from 14.28OZ to 5.5OZ
232.2 scoops to 93
77.3 Day down to 31 Days
$1.26 day Cost to $3.39

If the daily was condensed to 1 scoop a day i would say it would make sense otherwise tell me why my cost stays the same and i get less product and duration

Shipping definitely needs to be improved. January’s shipment took 20 days. This month, February, took 12 days. They take the money out of your account on the 1st then let the order sit in the warehouse for 7 days then they ship. Be prepared to have your fur baby do without for 2 weeks. Due to changes in the product, I’ll be keeping an eye on our pets to see how she reacts, I just might be cancelling. Time will tell. I think the company better get their shipment problem fixed sooner rather than later because this is ridiculously slow.

My Dog want eat the product..He already have lots of energy. Also love to Fitch the ball and bring it back. Just not for my Dog.Thanks away.

Probably too early to leave a review; our Dachshund/Beagle mix is 12 years old and just received the supplement on the sixth of February. First two days he has increased energy and having more bowel movements than usual. He weighs 29 pounds. I have cut back on the amount and it has helped with the extreme often bowel movements. He has a heart murmur, and many papilloma ( fatty lumps under skin) non-cancerous. Our veterinarian is checking periodically. My husband and I noticed the bursts of energy and praying it will not cause any problems with his heart murmur! Great to see him being more agile and engaged with us!!

We received our first order today on 2/10/21. Ordered on 1/22/21 so 18-19 days to receive. Our dog likes the food but what a shock when we opened the box. $87 for three bags each weighing 1lb. so $29 for a 1lb. bag? Is it possible the bag weighs more than 1lb.? If it indeed weighs 1lb. and I serve the recommended 1 cup i get 2 servings per bag? Either way the shipment was super slow and price seems unrealistically high. Good news is my dog likes it but he also likes his much cheaper brand.

We bought Dr. Jeff's Pets product in hoping this would help clean our dogs teeth. Well it didn't work.

Out pet would smell his food and not eat. He wouldn't eat until he was starving.

you would think ok maybe my dog will get use to it and start eating it believe me I kept trying.
This stuff is not cheap. So I said he is going to eat this stuff. He never did , it would be after a full day then he would eat it. I guess my levi would
look at me and say I'm not eating this stuff. .

But I had to say we tried and it didn't work and my dog would not eat it.

Then I got another order. My wife and I said no way.
So called customer service got ups code to return.
its been 20 days now and we are still waiting for a refund.
I would not recommend this product to anyone.
We still haven't received refund on 2nd order.

I wish we would have return the first order but we past the 90 day refund.

I think this is why you can't find this stuff in stores.
no one will sell it.

And refunds ... who knows if we will get a refund.

Don't buy it.
