The quality and the design are amazing and the delivery is fast. The only problem is the size. I wanted to wear the jeans I got on high hip level where my measurement is 88cm. The Large size is supposed to fit for 86cm and yet it was huge for me.

I’ve order online and in person and I’ve always had a wonderful experience and have been a fan of the brand for a couple years now. This is one of the few brands who that I know that creates a community with their audience by organizing events or doing special popups! Highly recommend this brand, I basically live in their clothing!!!!

Drmersclud is a scam. I ordered a hoodie months ago, which never arrived. I have contacted their customer support about 10 times and have had no response. I believe this is not a legitimate company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Love the fit of every piece I have, totally unique to DRMERS. Their boxy hoodie fit is perfect. Their baggie jeans are perfect. Highly recommend

The shipping was fast and the product is made of a very good quality. It looks just like in the website. Love it!

The items are great and really high quality. I ordered the waffle knit hoodie in grey and it's a heavier weight/better quality than I expected. I also got the Polaris Jeans which are the perfect baggy, mid waist fit for my height (5ft9). It's hard to find women's baggy jeans that fit in the waist while still being baggy through the hips and leg. Only giving 4 stars as the delivery took over 2 weeks to arrive to Australia from when I ordered.

I've now ordered three pieces from drmers club and i love them all, they're such a lovely quality and shipping has always been pretty fast <3

excellent shop, clothes are expansive but the quality is really good!

Terrible customer service. Impossible to return an item.
I received a pair of joggers that were far too short for my son and so needed to return them.
The process to return items is that you need to send them an email within 2 weeks of receiving an item. I have sent several emails with no response.

I bought the signature baggy sweatpants and the quality is amazing it is so thick and very nice quality cotton! It really is like wearing a good feeling and its not an insane price for how good the quality is. Very happy!

Glorified overpriced hoodies, fast fashion, and they don’t even restock items for their drops so they work on FOMO- you’re either there when they first drop or you’re not getting that item. Like if you’re not going to restock something, just take it off the website! It’s frustrating when something you’ve released within a week is confirmed to not even get a restock. Your Smalls are always sold out first. So I dunno, maybe order more small sizes to sell? I’ve bought one hoodie from them and it’s just a hoodie. Yay, double zipper, but literally H&M sells the same kind of stuff WITH double zippers for less for the SAME quality. This brand pretends to be for the people, but if you were for the people, you’d price accordingly. $120 for a mediocre hoodie is INSANE. And your target demographic are younger people. You’re taking advantage of people.

Easy to use website, and delivery time has significantly shortened plus great packaging and quality clothes!

I ordered a pair of sweatpants expecting them to be my dream pants and they kinda were. Don’t get me wrong, the quality is amazing, the packaging too (they even put a sticker inside which is so cute) and the fit is great. The ones I ordered are very thick and perfect for the cold season. I love them and Drmersclub too

Oh and delivery from what I think was Canada took about two weeks, which was pretty fast honestly :)

Arrived quickly within a week to the UK. I ordered a smiley zip up hoodie, quality feels good but the hood is massive and I ordered a small. The hood is so big it pulls the hoodie back and I have to fiddle around with it to make it sit better, it's a pretty weird design. Other than that it's good.

The website was easy to use. The sweatshirt is awesome-great quality as well as design.

I expected good quality but some how drmers club went above my expectations and I received my new favorite clothes in my closet.

Honestly amazing quality no complaints but the experience having to buy one is where I dread because everything is unisex and super oversized so I don’t know my actual size/fit. The size chart isn’t true to size and the returns are not free plus for refunds it’s a gift card not your actual card. If it was based on genders, at least I’ll have an idea on the scale of size I’m on. So if I wanna buy something. I have to be very sold on it and anxiously wait until it comes. For example, I got the waffle knit sweater. I’m usually a large and got a medium based on size chart but I should’ve sized down right down to XS because it was wayyyy too big. I wouldn’t have known that if I didn’t try it on and I’m not returning it cause of the shipping cost plus I’m not getting my money back, it’s all not worth it. As I said the experience isn’t the greatest but the quality is amazing.
