This hoodie is the best thing i’ve ever put on my body

My order took quite a long period of time to arrive. one of the items was too small for my son. You need to email them to ask about making a return it took them days to reply, I then received an email with different options non of which are a refund- not a great returns process in place. Options offered instead of a full refund-

1. Get a 20% refund back to your payment method and keep the item.

2.Keep the item and get a 30% discount off the current website price on a replacement (maybe it’s a great gift idea for someone) + we'll include free shipping.

3.Return the item and receive a gift card for its full value and use it for your next purchase.

Placed an order a week ago. Had no proper order acknowledgement or indication of expected delivery date - only something about “wow, you’ve contributed to someone’s life”
Totally unprofessional company who need to learn the meaning of customer service

Have been having their signature hoodies on my sight for almost over a year, and I purchased right on time. I bought two of them, one in electric blue (L) and one in hot pink (XL). The colors of the hoodies are as expected, bright and noticeable. Material feels heavy and high quality, definitely designed for cold weather. The reason I bought two sizes is because I was unsure on what fit I was gonna like better. My thinking was, if I am not comfortable with one size, just request an exchange however I live in USA and there are no returns/exchanges, so I stuck with those sizes.

Great quality items just as expected. Friendly, helpful and honest customer service which is a bonus nowadays. I’ll definitely be purchasing more items for my grandchildren.

I love the pieces I’ve bought from Drmers Club! They look exactly like the pictures. I’ve always loved the baggy streetwear style but struggled to find clothes that fit that look without being way too big on me. Drmers Club’s pieces fit baggy with the perfect cropped proportion, which I love. Their designs are super cute, unique, and I appreciate the meaning behind their brand. I would’ve given 5 stars, but even though I love their jeans, I’m on the shorter side (5’1”) and always have to get them tailored

Shipping was very quick during holiday shopping season. I love all the pieces I received and they were in great condition when they arrived.

All I can say is the quality of this company is next level and honestly the meaning behind their company is so powerful. I love being a part of them and know you would as well not to mention their customer service is next level as well like I couldn’t ask for any more.

Shipping to Toronto was quick and I received my tracking information shortly after ordering. It arrived in 9 days, including the weekend.

I got the “Everything is Fine” sweater and the quality of the sweater is great. I would prefer a different kind of screen print for the design as it feels like it may crack sooner than you’d expect.

Great quality hoodies. You can clearly see that you're getting what you pay for. Thick, high GSM hoodies that hold their shape well when you wear them. They are oversized so keep that in mind. The customer service is also great and will help in the best way they can. I overall had a very positive interaction with this brand.

I ordered in November and did not receive an email confirmation. I therefore cannot track my order as I have no order number. I have tried emailing and sending enquiries, none of which have been successful. I spent a large sum of money and have nothing to show for it. Drmers club please contact me asap as I am going to have a very sad son at Xmas.

One huge piece of advice to improve on is to extend your return/exchange period. Especially during the holidays and for those that live in a different country. It is nearly impossible to make the return/exchange date when living in USA. Another way to improve is to provide a phone number for customers in order to communicate more efficiently. Emailing takes away from return/exchange times and can often take 12-24 hours for a response.
