I wanted to add a review to let people know that the care given by Dr Polat and his team is incredible! I had a breast uplift and implant change. My results so far are far more better than I even imagined. The team are fantastic and so attentive and caring and make the whole process easy. Ahmed my coordinator was next level he couldn’t do enough and is such a lovely person who loves his job. My incisions are amazing already and have not yet fully healed. I wouldn’t use anyone else now for cosmetic procedures. I wanted to post also as I’ve seen a lot of people trying to tarnish Dr Polat’s reputation on social media who have never even been to him and what is said is completely untrue. Don’t always take negativity on board and do your own research and speak to past patients that speaks volumes for how incredibly professional the whole team is and how you are treated. I can’t say a bad thing. I’m so happy with my results.

Edit- I also want to add that Dr Polat is indeed board certified his full name is Ramazan Murat Polat and if you search this he is on the board. I researched him thoroughly before booking. I’ve seen comments that his isn’t on the board so thought I’d add this for people questioning it.

I am currently almost 7 weeks post op from having a extended tummy tuck, 360 lipo and muscle repair, I cannot fault the care and attention I have received from Dr Murat Polat and his team, I used him as I had followed the journey of a lady i followed on instagram her results were incredible and she couldn’t rate him highly enough!

I had a gastric sleeve in the UK and I was always hesitant about getting surgery in Turkey but I am so glad I chose the Dr Polat and his team. Yes he was over double other quotes I received for other surgeons in Turkey but it’s very true you get what you pay for.

From all the communication with Ilyas before I arrived in Istanbul nothing was too much trouble, I always felt cared for from the moment Denisa met me in the hospital lobby with her beautiful happy smiling face and took me for my initial tests and Dr Polat marked me up ready for surgery he was a lovely caring man which put me at ease!

The nurses such as Nurses Helin and all of the pink ladies one of which although spoke little English but were so lovely!

Everyone said the food wasn’t great but my husband and I enjoyed it actually!

Once I was in the comfortable hotel Mirah visited me daily and was very kind and cleaned me up and hoisted me into that compression garment! 🤣

At the end of my stay Dr Polat signed me off ready to fly home, he is clearly very talented and what he does and I cannot thank him enough for giving me a new lease of life!!

Since returning back to the UK Yağmur has been so helpful some weeks we have spoken almost every day.

I recently had a breast uplift with implants, and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire experience from start to finish.

From the very beginning, Deena, my coordinator, was absolutely amazing. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood all the information and felt confident in every step of the process. She organised everything seamlessly, which made the whole journey stress-free and straightforward. Even after I returned to England, Deena continued to check in on me. Not once did I feel alone or unsupported. I asked the same questions multiple times, and she was always patient, kind, and reassuring. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for.

When I met Dr Murat, I immediately felt at ease. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail, gave honest advice, and ensured I felt confident in the decisions being made. For something so life-changing and emotional, his calm and friendly manner made a huge difference. I felt safe and reassured in his care throughout.

The hospital staff were also exceptional. They looked after me attentively, regularly checking that I was comfortable and well. Every member of staff was polite, professional, and compassionate, which made the overall experience even more positive.

They organised all transfers to and from the hospital, hotel, and airport, and everything ran perfectly. The entire experience was seamless and truly fantastic from beginning to end.

Choosing to have surgery is a big decision, but thanks to Deena, Dr Murat, and the entire team, the journey was smooth, supportive, and genuinely reassuring. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a similar procedure.

I cannot recommend enough Dr. Murat and his team. I went on January to get my tummy tuck done. I was planning it for good 6months and was in touch with them for all this time. Deena was patiently answering all my most surreal questions- she was my coordinator and I was in touch with her all the time. She is supernice and warm person, she will make your time there much less stressful. The amount of support I’ve received is beyond me. From day one they took great care of me and made sure everything is going as is should till the day I left. Even now after I returned home I have contact with Deena and aftercare team to monitor my results and a well being. It’s been 3 weeks only and the scar that I have looks incredible. Im extremely happy with the overall experience. If you are struggling to find a good place to get your surgery done- think no more. This is the place you should be going:)

I am currently 3 weeks post op BA with Dr Murat and the entire experience has been even better than expected. From before the surgery, the surgery itself and the aftercare. Before the surgery I had lots of questions (very health conscious) and every single one was answered even with video calls with the surgeon. My coordinator Ahmed has been wonderful, before surgery and during my time in turkey making sure everything was taken care of for me.

The surgery itself I found painful which is to be expected with any surgery, but the nurses were always on hand and helped with pain killers and general care. Even letting me stay an extra night in the hospital. Day 3 onwards I was back at the hotel with daily nurse visits right up till the day I left.

Now I am home in the UK with daily contact from a nurse and can still message my coordinator Ahmed with any questions. I would highly recommend Dr murat and his team, they really take care of you. I’m also super happy with my results ♥️

Dr Murat Polat and his team are truly amazing!

I’m writing this review post-op to share my full experience of having a breast uplift and implants in Istanbul, and I want to break everything down step by step because I am honestly so happy with my entire journey.

Booking & communication:

After doing lots of research, I contacted the doctor’s consultant, Deena. She is absolutely lovely—so knowledgeable, accommodating, and understanding throughout the whole process. I had a lot of anxiety about going ahead with surgery, but at every stage she reassured me with her care, empathy, and professionalism. I never felt rushed or pressured to book, and I was given full itineraries, clear information, and constant communication. Deena always replied quickly to my questions, and compared to other consultations I had, the level of support from this team was on another level.

Hospital staff & care:

Everyone was warm and welcoming—from the nurses to the doctors and translators/assistants—which helped so much because I was very nervous inside. They genuinely felt like friends and family looking after me.
Most nurses spoke some English or used translation to communicate, and I never felt that a language barrier affected my care.
My night nurse spoke perfect English and was incredible—constantly checking my pain relief, making sure I was drinking water, and encouraging me to walk regularly.
The daytime nurses were also wonderful. One older nurse who has worked there for 35 years was especially lovely—like having a grandma caring for you. Even though she spoke little English, her experience and attentiveness made me feel completely safe.
I also want to give a special mention to Denecia, one of the translators/assistants. She is incredibly uplifting, and her joyful personality truly makes a difference—especially after surgery when you’re not feeling your best. Her warmth, positivity, and kindness are such an asset to the whole team.

Facilities, hotel & transport:

The drivers to and from the hotel /airport were kind, helpful, and assisted with everything.
The hotel is in a great location with shops nearby, and the hospital is less than a five-minute walk away, which felt very reassuring.
My mum was also well looked after with food, drinks, and even free tea in the cafeteria.
The hospital itself is very clean, and on my floor there were only four rooms, meaning the nurses could give each patient plenty of attention. I was never left feeling alone or unsupported. Each room has a sofa bed for your companion ,wardrobes ,fridge and a private walk-in wet room.

Consultation with Dr Murat Polat

One thing I wanted to mention is that the full consultation with Dr Murat takes place on the day of the procedure. I was initially a little worried this might feel rushed, but it was the complete opposite.
I brought inspiration photos, tried on different implant sizes, and felt that my vision was fully understood. Dr Murat took his time with detailed measurements, ensuring precision and balance, and really listened to my wants and needs. I felt confident that the final result was carefully planned rather than rushed.
I even returned on my last day to have Botox, which was noticeably more affordable than in the UK—another great bonus of my trip.
Something I truly admired was hearing that Dr Murat had turned a patient away because their BMI did not meet safe criteria. Knowing this isn’t uncommon for him showed me how much he values patient safety, professional standards, and his reputation. It reassured me that he prioritises doing things properly rather than simply taking payment, which unfortunately is something you sometimes hear about elsewhere.

Surgery & recovery
Everything was explained clearly at every stage, so there were no surprises and I felt fully prepared.
The surgery took a couple of hours, and I woke up in my room feeling comfortable and cared for immediately. The nurse who helped with my first shower was incredibly kind and supportive—don’t feel shy, they have seen everything and make you feel completely at ease.
I am now two weeks post-op and still receiving support and quick responses to any concerns, which means so much.
Overall result
I would absolutely recommend Dr Murat Polat and his team to anyone considering surgery. I had a breast lift with implants, and the shape is perfect for me. The incision lines are very neat, and the implant placement is amazing.
If you are feeling worried—don’t be. You are truly in safe hands here.

My whole experience from start to finish was seamless. Deena was my coordinator, she was the first step of my journey who made everything feel super easy, no problem, couldn't help me enough, answered all my questions and more. After extensive research and looking into hundreds of reviews and photos, I knew Dr Morat Polat was the surgeon for me, flying from the UK i was nervous to book surgery abroad.....BUT wow I would do it all again in a heart beat. Highly highly recommend Dr Morat, his approach, energy, English, attitude and professionalism is second to none. I was made to feel part of the family from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The English was great throughout the hospital team only a couple of nurses i struggled with but Google translate is there if you need it. I personally didn't. I honestly cannot write enough about my experience as I'd be here all day to document it all but all I can say is its more about the results you want (I know) but the care attention is received whilst with the team was out of this world. I won't go anywhere else. Plus I'm only 6 days post op I feel amazing and my new boobs look so so good already. 5* experience 5* customer service and 5*service. Dr Morat will transform your confidence. Contact the team if you're thinking of cosmetic surgery and you won't want to go anywhere else. I can't wait to go back. If you are feeling like I was, in a frenzy of who to choose, panicking due to hearsay of other people’s experiences then please read on….
From the moment I contacted Dr Murat Polat’s co-ordinatior Mahmoud I’ve had nothing but the best experience. Every question I’ve asked has been answered in a timely fashion and literally no question was too much trouble (I asked a lot lol) the communication has been incredible. Then finally my day came, I had a wonderful flight with Turkish airlines couldn’t fault them, I went business class which I have to say I was glad of on my return journey, as I arrived in Istanbul there was a girl waiting for me who lead us to our private transfer to the hotel. The hotel was lovely very clean had a lovely spa and gym area which unfortunately I couldn’t use but my fiance was glad of and had a lot of use from it ♥️ the beds were comfy food was great, and staff were great, I booked extra days, my total trip was 2 weeks as I wanted to feel right before traveling but I’d say you don’t need this long at all. The following morning my surgery was set, I was collocated from the hotel and taken to the hospital which was very close by, greeted by the team who were so friendly and made you feel at ease and excited! I was checked in and taken to a private room where they began my tests and served my fiance with breakfast (slightly jealous as I couldn’t have 🤣) I was then greeted by Dr Murat Polat who is just the most lovely man, he explained everything had another surgery first and told me the time he’d be back. The nurse came to change me into my gown and I chilled on the bed for a while even had a nap 😴 ♥️ . My time was here Dr Murat came and drew up all my measurements and talked me through everything and we agreed upon what would be performed, I was so excited to get my confidence back. Shortly after I was taken downstairs to theatre where the staff were equally friendly and made you at ease. I woke being taken into my new room where my fiance was waiting for me was happy to see him♥️ the nurses came right in to see to me and attended to my every need nothing was too much trouble. They had looked after my fiance all day as well while I was in theater and provided him 3 meals♥️ I have to say when I came round I was cold and shakey which I was reassured is normal and didn’t last long at all the worst thing was I still couldn’t have water for a while lol I was so thirsty! My pain relief was provided and I didn’t feel pain really just a bit uncomfortable due to the compression suits but this is normal and needed for our results!! I’m now 17 days post op and yesterday I went for cocktails and food with friends 🍸 I have to say I was really panicking about recovery as I’m a wimp but for me there was no need I was walking the same night and everyday since! They sent a nurse to the hotel everyday to tend to me, she gave me injection medication changed my dressings showered me and washed my hair nothing was too much trouble! I was collected to go to see Dr Murat before leaving and returned to the hotel everything was seamless and I honestly can’t rate them all highly enough! I’m still in tapes but saw my scars at the tape change and honestly this was my worry but Dr Murat is a magician! My scars are so thin and neat and I haven’t even applied any creams yet ♥️ I am swollen still which is completely normal and I can’t wait to get out of my suit and into a glam outfit to show off his hard work!! The morning after I flew home the aftercare team WhatsApp me and explained the onwards care and have regularly been in touch since. I 1000% made the right decision of the surgeon and team and 1000000% recommended them, will I be back for sure when I decide on something else lol there’s no one else I’d choose! I had a breast uplift and reduction in December 2025 and I’m now over 6 weeks post-op and honestly so happy with my results. From the moment I landed in Turkey, everything was so well organised and I was never left wondering what was happening next.

The hospital is only a short walk from the hotel which made everything really easy. The transfers were super reliable and came in handy more than once and the hotel itself was lovely and very clean.

The team made the whole experience so reassuring. While I was in hospital I was constantly checked up on and really well looked after. I also had daily visits at the hotel from a lovely nurse called Miray which made me feel so at ease. Yağmur has been amazing since I got back to the UK, answering all my post-op questions and checking in regularly to make sure I’m healing well. Dr Murat Polat genuinely cares about his patients which you really notice — he’s not just about money like the countless surgeons in Turkey can be, he wants you to get the best results and care.

Massive shout out to all of the assistants who were such a big part of my journey — İlyas, Yağmur, Deniz and Miray — as well as all of the hospital and hotel staff. I honestly didn’t have a single negative experience with anyone at anytime.

I was worried about my scars but even at just 6 weeks post-op I’m shocked at how much they’ve already faded, and just how neat they look. I can’t recommend Dr Murat Polat and his team enough. Thank you all ❤️

1000000% cannot recommend this man enough!
I have always struggled with very asymmetrical breasts, with shape and size. Weight fluctuations and pregnancy’s had an even bigger impact on them.

This man has managed to create the most beautiful boobs I could have imagined. He listened to what I did and did not want, and served me pretty perfect!

I also had arm lipo, following this i had a bit of a ‘complication’ where a lot of fluid wasn’t draining properly - dr Murat helped get that fixed so quickly the same day, and even the day before I was due to fly home I really started to panic as I was losing a lot of blood from my incision- this beautiful soul & Ilyas got me to the hospital, dr Murat travelled 2hrs in a thunderstorm to make sure that I was ok.

The care given through my stay from start to finish was amazing, anything you need they help with.

The nurses- absolutely stunning energy to be around I cannot thank every single person enough for what they do, honestly.

Just a little bit about my experience- I had breast augmentation , arm and upper back lipo and am 2 weeks post op now. I’ll just start off by saying my whole experience from start to finish has been amazing. Ahmed, my coordinator who supported me from the beginning of the experience to the end has been amazing! I was treated and cared for like a family member and even though I came to Turkey alone I didn’t once feel alone thanks to him and also Densia. Ahmed listened to all of my concerns and reassured me and always made sure I was feeling ok, both mentally and physically. 2 days post surgery, I had low blood pressure and passed out and Ahmed immediately responded to my message and him and Denisa came and took me to the hospital and made sure I was ok. Everything was ok and I just hadn’t drunk enough water and was dehydrated (please drink enough water girls!). Dr Murat was very professional, very honest and kind. I am very happy with my results and look forward to seeing everything once healed etc!

The whole team are so welcoming, and most importantly genuinely care for each individual patient and their wellbeing. They are transparent, honest and practice ethically. I would 10000% recommend dr Murat and his team to anyone and wish I’d known about him sooner! ❤️❤️❤️

Recently returned after getting a breast implant replacement and uplift. I had very bad capsular contractor in my previous implants I got done in Scotland that needed fixed urgently. Due to the complexity of my case, I was very anxious about the operation especially getting it done abroad. Deena was fantastic, she was so helpful and answered any queries or concerns I had, she arranged a teams calls for me to meet Dr Murat and discuss my case prior to making any booking. I had met with various other surgeons in turkey on teams I didn’t feel confident about, I instantly got a very good feeling from Dr Murat, he was clearly very experienced and confident in what he does and I booked after the call with him. When I arrived in turkey, the whole team were fantastic, airport pick up, room was big and clean in the hotel, and hospital was immaculate. On the day of surgery, I met Dr Murat in person and he was so friendly and calmed any anxieties I had by being so reassuring, he fully explained the procedure, size, type of implants used, length of surgery etc. I can’t recommend Dr Murat enough, his work is amazing and I am so happy with my results. After years of having a botched boob job done in Scotland, I have finally got the end result I always wished for. It was a swift experience from the start , on the day of the arrival to Istanbul and even after I left ,the post care after surgery, the whole cycle. I honestly can’t put into words how amazing my experience has been! I recently had a breast uplift with 375cc implants, and I truly can’t thank Dr Murat and Deena enough. From the very beginning they made me feel completely comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way. I’m currently 4 days post-op and have just arrived home, and I’m already so happy with the results — they look incredible, even at this early stage, and I know they’re only going to get better as the healing continues. I’ll definitely continue to update as they keep changing and settling.

Everything throughout my hospital stay was exceptionally clean and well maintained — the hospital cleaners came in twice a day, which really added to my comfort and peace of mind. The hotel was also to a very high standard. On top of that, we had an amazing time exploring the city thanks to Deena’s incredible knowledge and recommendations, which made the whole experience even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more positive experience and would highly recommend them to anyone considering surgery.

I cannot recommend Dr Murat and his entire team highly enough. I have previously had surgery in Turkey before elsewhere, which was a good experience overall but this time was on a completely different level. The care, attention and genuine kindness I received with Dr Murat and his team was outstanding in every way.

From the very first interaction, Dr Murat made me feel completely safe, listened to and understood. He is not only an incredibly skilled surgeon, but also a very calm, reassuring and compassionate person. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident and comfortable at every stage. His care genuinely felt personal, not rushed or transactional. I felt I was in the best possible hands.

The nurses especially Helin, Hilal, Ahmet & Hetice were absolutely amazing — so attentive, kind and caring. They were constantly checking on me, making sure I was comfortable, pain-free, and emotionally okay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. As someone travelling solo, this meant more to me than I can put into words. I never once felt alone or unsupported. The drivers were also incredible, always caring and on time.

They even helped with little things such as advice about Istanbul, day-to-day questions and making sure I had everything I needed - which shows how much they truly care about the person, not just the procedure.

The hotel was also 5 stars & I felt so safe there, happy and at ease. You have a beautiful breakfast and pool/spa area to chill in with strong wifi was ideal!

This experience has honestly exceeded all expectations. The professionalism, kindness, and human touch from Dr Murat and his entire team is something special and rare. I am so grateful I chose them, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering surgery.

I could write for hours, but there isn’t enough space.
Dr Murat Polat is amazing, he is grounded, isn’t big headed, very honest, he prides himself on his work, he has no issue turning away money, he will not do a surgery he doesn’t believe will get the results required. Many other surgeons will take your money no matter what.
He listened to everything I asked for.
I have incredible results. The picture I will add is 5 weeks post op!
As for his team. They are hand picked, they are all invested, it’s not just a job for them, it’s team work and they want the best for everyone. The aftercare, is incredible, I have messaged at silly times of night and day and always had a reply, constant advice, guidance and help.
The only issue I have that I could mention, which is nothing they are able to help themselves is the hospital food. But who likes hospital food!
I couldn’t do things out there, which I was helped with everytime. Even ordering food of an app, the lovely Denisa (incredible woman) ordered for me with her own money, of course I paid her back, but just little things, they will all do which help, help you get thru the recovery period and make life more comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! You get what u pay for and with this incredible team, you couldn’t ask for more! Remember this isn’t a massive company just passing u onto surgeons, this has a team hand picked, and built, by the surgeon himself, they are not just employees, they are all family, all care, they are all fully invested and love what they do.
Such a small team working so hard with so many clients. They deserve all the recognition possible!

I am just over two weeks PO after having a breast uplift and change of implants with dr murat polat. I am so pleased with the results already ive had two previous uplifts and was not happy with the level of lift but dr murat polat as truly worked his magic in fact they have never looked so perky the confidence it has given me already is unreal.

I would also like to highlight the nurses in the hospital i honestly have never been in hospital and felt so cared for and not just in the hospital i had a lovely nurse come to my hotel she helped me shower and changed my tapes all with a smile on her face. And a thank you to Aytin my night nurse that checked in on me every hour without fail encouraging me to drink plenty and making sure I was comfortable a very sweet lady.

There's not one bad thing I can say about my experience dr murat polat and his team are the best and I will be returning for that tummy tuck I wouldn't go anywhere else from now.
