I ordered shampoos on 27 Dec 2024 and today is 3 Feb 2025, but still have not received my order!
They are not responding my email any more, so today I tried to send a message via "contact" menu on their website, but it says "Your IP has been blocked." Now I am worried they might be a scammer!

I bought 19 pieces of shampoos to save delivery cost and spent about € 85. But I am worried I might not get my order and/or money back!

I ordered a product for an injury on December 6th and it has still not arrived.
- The amount of items was automatically adjusted.
- The delivery date was changed to December 24-27 (and is still displayed as the estimated delivery date).
- Customer service denied my request to cancel the order on Dec 28 due to it being shipped already.
- The order was shipped on Jan 2nd.
- I still haven't received my order, any shipping information or any response from customer service.
- The order has been closed, I can no longer contact the CS directly. Even through a contact form, the CS is unresponsive.

I placed an order and payed it immediately. In my account there's no trace of the order. The e-mail with my order is no-reply. There's no other email address on the site to contact DrogerieDepot.de
So I filled out the form to ask where the package is by now. The form shows a pop-up: "Aufgrund der vielen Anfragen, die wir aktuell erhalten, können wir diese vorerst nicht zeitnah beantworten. Bitte sehen sie von Fragen nach Lieferterminen ab, durch das hohe Bestellaufkommen arbeiten wir mit Hochdruck daran, Ihre Bestellung zu verarbeiten, und können deswegen nur vereinzelt auf Ihre Anfragen antworten. Sollten Sie Ihre Bestellung wegen des Lieferverzuges stornieren wollen, teilen Sie uns dies mit, wir werden dieses unverzüglich verarbeiten.

it means:

"Due to the many inquiries we are currently receiving, we are currently unable to answer them promptly. Please refrain from asking about delivery dates. Due to the high volume of orders, we are working hard to process your order and can therefore only respond to your inquiries occasionally. If you want to cancel your order due to late delivery, please let us know and we will process this immediately."

The buttons for English/French don't work on the site. The site gives the impression that it can handle international deliveries, but if the working capacity is too low for all the orders, they shouldn't have a website, or at least warn the customer before placing an order.
There's a high possibility this is a fraudulent website.

Update 05-01-2025:
Dear Customer,
Unfortunately, there will be delays in delivery of your order 13[....]. Please excuse that we cannot give a more precise date at this time. Shipping should occur in the next 4 to 5 business days. If, contrary to expectations, it takes longer, we will contact you immediately. As soon as your goods are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information by email.

You can track the current status of your order in your [{{account_href}}]customer account. We ask for your understanding once again.

Never got delivered, never got answered...

Don't buy from this !!

I bought around 20 EUR products from this website, and after the estimated delivery time, no product was received and there was no further email/information about the shipment status. So, I tried to contact the seller: (1) I called them, and automatically entered the voice message...(2) I tried to write a message through their website, but they directly blocked my IP when I submit, then I used my phone to try to write a message through their website again, then they blocked my phone's IP.... Seriously?! All I received was the payment confirmation when I paid, really disappointed and also scared about my money...So, I asked for a refund!

Very correct, price, delivery, package. Complete customer satisfaction.

I found the best toothpaste on your website and it was really fast delivered at my adres.

To answer: it is not the same product as it irritates my skin and has a lot of parfum. I cannot reply to your email as is says no reply. I do not want a discount as I am not going to use it. solution is just for me to return it.

Never replied to multiple messages. Eventually got here after a month.

I bought 2 cans of softening the enor “odor eliminator”
I received instead another perfume not the same cans as on the site... So false advertising.. I asked for a refund via paypal accepting on condition that I return the cans at my expense. Out of the question, it's up to you to pay the return costs if you made a sales error. If nothing changes I will file a complaint in Germany against you.

UP: fake, the bottles are absolutely not the same, let alone the perfume, so it's a lie. regarding your 15% it's a complete joke an F of G....

j'ai recu a la place un autre parfum pas les même bidons que sur le site...Donc publicité mensongère.. j'ai demander un remboursement via paypal accepter sous condition que je renvoie les bidons à mes frais. Hors de question c'est a vous de payer les frais de retour vous faite une erreur de vente. Si rien ne change je porte plainte en Allemagne contre vous.

UP: faux les bouteilles ne sont absolument pas les même encore moins le parfum donc mensonge. concernant vos 15% c'est une rigolade complètement un F de G....

I have ordered items from this online shop. During 2 weeks I have not received any information from them. I tried to write to them via webpage of this company, butmy IP address was automatically blocked (probably by this company). After writing my review in TrustPilot and I got an inappropriate answer from them (see comments from them). I have cancelled my order. Finally I received from them the following answer at 21 of August: "Ihre Bestellung 1188291 wurde storniert. Falls Sie bereits eine Zahlung getätigt haben, wird Ihnen der Betrag innerhalb von 5 Werktagen gutgeschrieben. Bei Paypal Zahlungen in der Regel in 24h." However, to date I have not receive any refund, even thought I have paid them via paypal. I tried to contact them via the contact form and wrote them a message, but after clicking on "send" my IP address was blocked again. Unfortunately, I could not attach a screenshot, otherwise I will show that the IP address was blocked.....

I ordered hair products on 18 March 2023 and I am still waiting for delivery (Bestellung 1124605). Emails remain unanswered and my IP address has been blocked. Poor service! I used to be very satisfied about their services in the past. No idea what's going on?!

I am going to update my review.
Please read the previous one after the updates below.
So, after almost one month, I received my order in Ordnung!
How it was? After I posted my review here and wrote a few emails to service, the company contacted me with the confirmation that the payment received. Then began a period of a very polite message exchange. Some articles were not in stock and etc.
Finally, it was shipped and delivered by DHL.
I don’t know what is their problem. I can only suppose, based on my experience of living in Germany and logistics in general.
And to be honest, we all need to read the terms and conditions provided on their website. For example, to apply for refund, you need to fill in the special form (available on the website) and to send it to company. Must admit, it is normal for Germany.
But not everyone will follow this procedure. Because it is a long, bureaucratic and boring process.
Conclusion: service is quite usual according to German standards. Slow motion. But I believe these guys are really doing their best.
I love Germany with all my heart. That is why I increase the rate till average.

Old review. Somewhere in beginning of February.
The company is not providing any updates about my order. My IP is suddenly blocked. Unfortunately, I saw these reviews too late. But ok, for money which I paid, I can report to police about this case. I am not sure if anyone did it before.
