The delivery was great customer service…

The delivery was great customer service great too , the device is working without issues , the only thing I noticed is the fan doing a strange noise , but maybe it's normal plus if it has problems you still have a 2 year warranty for gpd devices . And from what I read it covers almost anything , obviously if You damage it or change the original software you can't ask for warranty, but as long as you keep everything original on the device , the software and hardware problems are covered Wich is a great thing in my opinion.

Very good product

Very good product, very good quality. The delivery takes very few days.
During the registration, the procedure of the internet site made errors between billing and delivery address: i made assistance and Droix corrects the two addresses. With a friend working in FedEx we intercept the delivery and I got the pc, and the address was exact.

Overall Great Service

Had to follow up on shipping after a a few days of placing my order but I received prompt responses and had the issue fixed the very next day. Incredibly good customer service and shipping was fast once it started, no issues with customs, no issues with delivery. Absolutely recommend buying gpd devices here..

I was lied to several times about what time my item would arrive. Also, the power adapter used in Europe was sent in my package and I live in the US. I told the company and they ignored me an never sent correct item.

GPD4 is a good buy, as for the portable monitor, it is only for selected devices.

When i first bought the device in March, the monitor autorotate and/or the touch screen has been failing once the device powers off due to a hibernation. This was a problem that annoyed me till no end. However, in June, i think some updates has been passed through and the auto rotate and the touch screen functions actually have started to work consistently when i start the computer after exiting hibernation mode.
this device keyboard is well designed, which means you can actually type really smoothly on the small device.

The droix monitor works fine along with the gpd4. However, the main reason i bought it was because i wanted to view things on my phone with a larger screen.
Sadly, my phone was not supported. Do contact DROIX to find out which devices are compatible with the portable screen before you make your purchase

Amazingly fast dispatch and shipping with DHL. Refurbished item was in absolutely perfect condition. Warranty and support through discord makes this the only place I will consider to purchase my handhelds and mini PCs in the future

Great communication and punctual service.

While I unfortunately had to wait for my order to process due to it being back ordered, the team was great. They had great communication throughout the whole process and even offered alternative devices if I didn't want to wait. Once I made my decision they got my device shipped the following morning.
