Integrity

Cost of repair was over the price of a new one. Helped me replace my drone for substantially cheaper than a separate purchase.

Aaron & Drew made my experience “comfortable“.

Aaron was very good at helping me choose the right. I mentioned that a major reason for my purchase was the fact they had it in stock ready to ship. By the time they ran my cc through, the 5 drones they had were sold. I talked with Drew a few days later who told me more came in and he’d make sure one was sent out today. Drew followed up and sent me the tracking number. When I spend more than $6k on an item, it’s great customer care to know someone appreciates my business. I would recommend DroneNerds. We had a rocky start with Dronenerds'…

We had a rocky start with Dronenerds' payment system (Bolt), as my order was cancelled and they did not provide me with the 24-hour window to comply with their security verification system; however, Drew from DroneNerds guided me through the entire process so I could make the new purchases, and everything went fine with no problems in the payment system (Bolt). Everything was great, and Drew made everything easy and right with DroneNerds. I will be sure to be back as a customer with DroneNerds in the future because of how Drew handled everything perfectly.

Spoke with one of their technicians…DREW

Spoke with one of their technicians whose name was Drew and he was very informative.
He gave me a good foundation and direction for future purchases of different DJI drones.
He also help me with cost com.
I can see going to them for future purchases for our organisation.

I don’t write a lot of reviews

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but because of the personal care & fantastic service I got from Drew Walker I am compelled to acknowledge him. I just purchased a Mav 3 Enterprise. This is my 3rd drone I purchased from Drone Nerds and the first time I bought one online instead of in one of their stores.
I thought because I no longer live near one of the Drone Nerds stores I would be losing the very knowledgeable & enthusiastic input from their in store associates, so that as well as my frustration with all other mishaps that can & do happen with a lot of online purchases, made me a bit anxious which means a lot of calls to what I thought would be to a automated answering system.
That was just not true in this case
I was lucky enough to get Drew Walker as my contact and salesperson from Drone Nerds and then I could ask for and get him every time, as well as him reaching out to me first
Drew went out if his way to make sure I knew all options available and followed up to get me exactly what I wanted & even more thru every step of my purchase

I cannot thank Bernardo Carmine…

I cannot thank Bernardo Carmine enough.. He was very wonderful in helping me address any issue I had with my drone, very friendly, down to Earth and very resolute in finding any and all ways to help resolve my drone issues, Cannot say enough about his determination in helping people. kind gentleman and an asset to this company.. Thank you so , so much Bernardo Carmine !

My interaction with Drone Tech Matthew…

My interaction with Drone Tech Matthew was excellent! He immediately responded to my concerns about my DJI Mavic 3 Classic Drone not connecting to its Crontroller and that was after the drone was repaired for a smashed and severely damaged arm and returned to me. He immediately said to send it back and he would check it out a fix it if needed. Adding that there would be no additional charges for reexamining the drone, fixing it and shipping it back.

Michele from from nerds is awesome, I had a concern with shipping and she quickly found out what the issue was and it turned out not to be an issue at all Christmas is saved
