Keep away from this Distributor

Keep away from this Distributor. They don't answer when I trying to get some answer around my album. I cannot take it down because of that. I know it is being played out there but it is not visible on the dashboard. Same issue I had with Spacemedia, which seems to own DropDayDistro.

DROP DAY DISTRO/SYNC GREAT COMPANY

I have had nothing but great results from JayWanInc company from 4 yrs ago. Around 2 years ago I had mentioned to them that I was planning to head towards sync licensing after I had researched about it. They had told me they where going to start a new company for Distribution and Sync and would I want them to contact me once the websites where done. I told them yes! Around Jan 2025 they sent me a email and DMs letting me know it was up. I paid my one year subscription and 6 months later I began submitting to the projects on the portal for $20 a submission. At this point I have had 3 considerations from: MADDEN 2026 VIDEO GAME, NFL TV NETWORK AND VH1 LOVE AND HIP HOP. DROP DAY SYNC IS A PITCHING COMPANY AND THEY MAKE IT EASY TO DO. I realize now that I have to level up on my beat purchasing for extremely high quality beats that are going to cost me $1k a beat. Anyway, all experiences have been great.

Literally Fraudulent

My experience with Day Drop Distro is indicative of literal fraud and they’ve tried to silence me and threatened legal action.

First like the other review mentions, they have employed a spam IG DM method to attempt brand awareness. These are services you can buy, often bots, but Drop Day Distro is far more sinister.

I tried asking the spam accounts why they are sending these messages and had several respond claiming they never even sent these DMs. They also claimed to be minors who believed their accounts were hacked.

I sent screenshots of this to the DDD page and the person said “we have no control over our affiliates”. When I told them they need to take action they said they don’t know which one it is and refused to step in.

By admitting the DMs are from the actions of affiliate marketers DDD is admitting to paying affiliate marketers who profit off the exploitation of minors. It’s a simple fact. At least when following the logic of their own claims.

When I brought this up they said that if I speak up; “Please direct any and all future correspondence to our retained legal representation, Tacopina Seigel & DeOreo will reply.”

“Go try it. See what happens. You won't like it.” says the person managing DDD on IG.

I went ahead and reached out to this firm to verify they represent them and never got a reply. When I informed the person at DDD of this, the blocked me, leading me to believe they falsely claimed representation of a powerful firm to intimidate me, and it didn’t work.

The sync briefs are also fraudulent. They advertise as having opportunities for exclusive opps for GTA VI. This isn’t exclusive to them. In fact, lots of press went around and Rockstar got heat for offering low amounts to buy out indie artist catalogue for the game. DDD does not have exclusive pitching for this. Public press contradicts this claim, still live on their IG as of writing.

In short it’s a fraudulent company run by an absolute bully. One who claims to be an established producer yet the only write ups I or ChatGPT could find were paid guest write up articles. His own personal website is down and the location of most of the back links scraped reside.

None of this is slander. I have receipts. Please stay informed and be careful with this company.

We get nothing but spam messages every day to our business and staff and anyone who even follows our social media from fake bot accounts telling us to follow drop day distro.

If you need to pay for bots to message people about your company - not a great way to get business and trust.

Leave us alone. We are not interested in your shady scam company.
