Members Media Service Comes Through

I've used MM for at least 10 campaigns. They were my goto firm for playlist promotion for several years. For my last 4 tracks, however, I was not pleased with the very low playlist engagement. For example, all 4 tracks were placed on the same low engagement playlist, suggesting that not much effort was used in matching. These same tracks were getting 100s and even 1000s of streams on other playlists placed by myself or other services. In addition, there seemed to be a long delay on placements in December of 2025 which can really hurt the release since the first 2 weeks of the release are critical for triggering the Spotify algorithm. I sent an email to support complaining and requested to be placed on better performing playlists or a refund. In response, Katie from support replaced my tracks on much better performing playlists. Because of this, I feel that they do care about service and the results they get for their clients. I gave 4 out of 5 stars to keep them on their toes :). Katie saved the day, so I will continue using them for future tracks.

I had a really positive experience with…

I had a really positive experience with Members Media. My track was added to a playlist and I saw a noticeable increase in streams, which was great to see.

The process was straightforward and communication was clear throughout. While results can always vary with music promotion, this campaign did what it promised and helped get my music in front of new listeners.

I’d definitely consider using them again.

Consistently good playlist placements

I have run campaigns on multiple playlist promotion platforms with varying results.
However Members Media have consistently placed my songs on playlists that are a similar music genre and generated a high number of streams.
My go to playlist promotion platform.

Members Media have helped my band so much!

Members Media have been helping my band gain traction on Spotify in a very real and measurable way for the last few years. It is a very difficult climate to get music heard these days so having a company that can actually help has been invaluable!
