Experience with Dropfromchina logistics service- air freight China to Spain

We contracted an air freight shipment with Dropfromchina based on an estimated delivery time of 18–20 days, paying a significantly higher cost specifically for urgency.
The shipment arrived with a delay of over one month, with no reliable tracking information for most of the process and a clear lack of transparency regarding actual delivery timelines.
This delay had a direct impact on our business, including missed opportunities and a delayed launch that would not have occurred under the originally communicated conditions.
The compensation offered (150 USD) is clearly disproportionate compared to the difference between the service contracted (express air freight) and the service actually received.
We made several attempts to resolve the situation in a constructive and professional manner, but no fair or proportional solution was provided.
I strongly recommend ensuring full clarity on delivery expectations, tracking, and accountability before working with this provider.
