Damaged screen replaced
I ordered a screen protector for my new iPhone 17 Pro since the ratings for the Dropguys' screens was very high. However, after only month, my screen was damaged and I was uncertain how the damage even occurred. When I contacted Dropguys, they offered to replace the screen at no charge. I was very pleased with this resolution.

I recently bought a new iPhone at the Apple Store. I also bought a case and screen protector at the Apple sore for new iPhone. Soon after buying me iPhone, I accidentally dropped the phone walking my dog. I decided to look for a case and protector that would keep my new iPhone safe. I found Dropguys. Learning Dropguys would replace my iPhone if it was damaged while in their products, I decided to buy the iPhone case, camera protector, and screen protector. In the excitement of cheering at my granddaughters softball game, my iPhone dropped off my chair to the concrete below. My screen protector was cracked and I was sick. I have had screen protectors in the past that did not protect my phone glass. I emailed Dropguys. They replied very promptly telling me my iPhone would not be damaged. They gave me a $10.00 discount to buy a new Dropguys screen protector. It arrived quickly. Installation was easy with the tools in the package. My iPhone was not damaged. I will never buy any other brand of iPhone protection. My boyfriend was so impressed he is hoping for a sale so he can buy everything for his iPhone. Drop Guys Rock!
I purchased an iPhone 17 case after reading some good reviews. I received the case but there were complications getting the phone delivered. In the time between getting the case and going to get a phone, I decided I might want the Pro Max model. I was having trouble starting an exchange over the website, so I reached out via email. Within I think 15 minutes I got a response saying they have already processed a shipment sending me the new model case, and also, that I didnt need to worry about sending back my original purchase! Free case! I had already spent my money, was ready to spend more and didnt make a single complaint, but this company cares what you think and wants you to know! Thank you Khamille!
Also, the case is great quality! The set sold with their own brand screen cover makes a perfect fit, almost zero gap between the protecter and case edge. Not to mention the screen cover application process is so easy I wasnt worried at all about getting it on right. Thanks Drop Guys!
