Brought one for myself and since then I’ve brought them for my 5 best friends! It’s an expense but I can’t argue with the results. Less lines and great sleep!

They shipped me not the eyelash protecting ones on but the flat I’ve emailed soo many times no one replies they don’t care so I wore the one with the gold braid scratch the heck out oh my face the gold braid hurts I’ve reordered as I love the mask they are ruining their company by poor customer service not paying attention to their shipping so I don’t think they will be in business long I reordered as I love the mask I just got tricked by them melchor hines and I ordered 2 of the scratchy ones

I’ve tried several sleeps masks and Drowsy is by far the best. The only one that doesn’t let ANY light in. I cannot go a night without it. I use it when I fly. It’s amazing. I now order them as gifts for everyone lol. I’m so happy that they came out with eyelash protective masks and can’t wait to try mine.

I love my mask! I’m getting more deep sleep each night. These will make a great Christmas gift!

It’s like a pillow for your face. Can’t sleep without it now. Had one by Dr Neil Harris and this one is far superior! Fits perfectly, doesn’t lose its shape and fit. My neighbour also has a really bright motion sensor light and it helps me sleep through that. Just bought everyone the masks for Christmas presents xx

Best sleep mask I have used, expensive but worth the price,

I have previously used other sleep masks but this is the best.

I bought my first sleep mask years ago for myself and my husband. From the very first night, we both loved it—it made such a difference to our sleep. I recently lost mine on holiday and didn’t hesitate to buy another one. These masks are amazing, and once you’ve tried one, you’ll never want to sleep without it!

I can’t comment on the quality of the product as I never received it. I received an order confirmation email, but no order dispatch email for a few days so I contacted the company by replying to the email. It seems to work fine, no bounce back, it wasn’t a noreply email address. However, the email wasn’t being delivered. Then I emailed using the email on their website and they also didn’t respond. So I emailed another email address and this time I received a response. However, I was told they couldn’t find my order. So I provided them with the confirmation email. After a day they got back to say my address was wrong so the order couldn’t be processed. However, the address is correct. I can’t believe it took a week and a half for them to tell me, they should have told me themselves when the problem occurred. The product should have long arrived by now. Definitely will avoid this company, I expected good service given the price point. Now I have to wait even longer to get a mask from another company.

Got it as a gift for my friend and she couldn't be happier with the mask. Its very comfortable to sleep in. Highly recommend.

Amazing sleep masks and pillow spray. This is the best sleep mask I’ve ever used and has helped me sleep so well since I got them. They are expensive but great quality and worth it for the relaxation and sleep!

I really like this company’s products. I purchased one sleep mask from them and have benefitted so much from it that I bought another mask from them. Their shipping is fast and their customer experience feels personalized.

I love my drowsy sleep mask. I devastatingly left mine in a hotel and just ordered my second one because I love it so much. I’ve tried several other sleep masks but the straps go behind my ears and I end up taking it off in my sleep. With drowsy I leave it on all night. It’s so comfortable.

I found these masks on an Instagram ad and figured, what do I have to lose? My husband bought me one for my birthday and I loved it so much I have bought more to have so I can rotate them out. I love them and love that I can have a full nights sleep in complete darkness. The band also goes around my ears and blocks out some sound. So I feel like I’m really out! I have also noticed my family inherited forehead wrinkle has diminished and I just feel better when I wake up. I love this mask! My ONLY complaint is that I wish they sold the detergent on their US website. Other than that, great product, no notes!

Beautiful product, super quality, so comfortable to wear, I loved mine so much have bought for friends and family - fabulous for long haul flights. Great service, highly recommended

My wife wanted one of their masks as a birthday present. I was already prepared for a silly price so was pleased when I was offered a 15% discount for signing up to whatever.
I headed to the checkout with my choice of mask and entered my details. The silly high price was shown but shipping was free, result I thought. I added the discount code emailed to me and suddenly shipping was no longer free! So whilst there was still a little money off there was nowhere near the same amount off that there should have been due to the reinstatement of a delivery cost… a pretty poor and quite cynical move. But for the fact that this was a present that my wife had asked for I’d have cancelled the order. Overpriced items and underhanded marketing. I won’t be a returning customer and I don’t recommend them as a principalled company.

In response to the company response… MANY retailers offer free delivery of much larger goods than that of my purchase for far less than the £58 I would have been charged before the free delivery charge was sneakily put up to £4.95 after the discount code was entered. It’s either a discount or it’s not! I think your delivery charge threshold is set far too high and that your so called ‘discount’ is quite misleading.

I’ve tried many sleep masks over the years and none of them are a spot on these! I absolutely am addicted to mine and I’m busy buying them for all my friends birthdays!

Excellent customer service and the silk pillow slips are divine, highly recommended especially for those undergoing chemotherapy.

One mask arrived open which wasn't ideal but still had tags. Disappointing for the cost but not the end of the world, and saves plastic I guess. They are a little short for people with big heads so they only just attached round the back of my head. An XL version would be helpful but they stay on all night.

After the negatives, I can honestly say they've improved my sleep. They're super comfortable compared with cheaper masks I've orderd and also retain their shape and cushioning after washing. Cheaper ones did not.

Overall, happy but pricy. Ask me again in 3 months if they're still in good shape and I'm still sleeping like a baby...

Fantastic sleep mask that fits really well around my face, I bought the one with padding around the eyes so there is no pressure on my eyelashes and it's absolutely perfect. I have been sleeping so well with it! Also a great customer service, I had a question and was assisted very well.
