Sent payment and did not receive order.

No response from emails/messages, massive scam do not use.

I paid for an item 6week ago and still not received I've sent lots emails and had no reply , stay away from this site even sent proof of payment but still getting ignored

Avoid takes your money and doesn't send products. and ignores contact once they have your money. now trading as AlphaHelicaPeptides.com avoid avoid avoid.

Bought twice from drs labs , first order was spot on came in 2 days . 2nd order communication really bad took a week to arrive , but read had few admin probs , hopefully next order will go smooth

Completely Ripped off ! They don't answer messages just wish I would have read trust pilot first this was a good lab DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered from this company on 13/8 and sent my money via international bank transfer. Waited the required 3 working days and confirmed the money was gone from my account to theirs. I was sent a payment reminder email by DRS (automated) to which I followed up with screenshot and proof of my payment. Nobody replied. I waited another 2 days and sent a further follow up, this time mentioning that nobody had ever responded to me in anything other than an automated email. Again no reply. Heard nothing further from them until today 27/8 and they have sent another automated message to ‘cancel’ my order.

Absolutely no response from them. Lost my money, and frankly been completely scammed. Would never recommend to any body. I used them years ago under old management and everything was great. This website is now obviously either extremely incompetent or a complete scam. Either way I’d recommend everyone avoid.

order finally arrived almost 2 weeks after i ordered it but still had 1 vial out of 10 missing.

absolutely no communication at all from them and i don't suppose there's much point chasing up the missing vial.

Shocking how these guys have changed so much. Under new management now and total chaos. My money was taken and goods never arrived. Constant emails were unanswered. Used to be such as good site and service. DO NOT USE

Zero communication..no indication my order has been sent out. Took money from me and then that's it. Numerous emails asking if it's been dispatched but zero replies... Facebook page mysteriously disappeared too.
If I get my product I'll adjust review to suit in the meantime though..poor show

Super quick delivery, very communicative through FB messenger. Received a service amazon could learn from. Read some bad reviews but this seems to be from previous owner. Overall very impressed. Thanks

I have made a few orders in the past. I first found drs after using another site which the peptides didn’t seem to work.. drs have wuality products that’s for sure . But I had some slow shipping ( previous management)

Recent order came within two days and Andy the new guy was AMAZING. As he was new management he didn’t have to honor my order with his predecessors but HE DID and some by inc extra for my inconvenience . Prompt service now and still the quality product.. such a relief 👍🏻

So I can see a few bad reviews on here, but with my experience with DRS Labs I can say it’s the complete opposite. I’ve had brilliant customer service with them.
My last order was done yesterday, and I’ve just opened the door to my package.
The prices are very reasonable, with a reliable Manager.
Can you ask for a better service than that??
I will continue my business with DRS Labs for a very long time.

I ordered from DRS Labs and after my order o noticed on a lot of review sites that they were getting bad reviews.

I voiced my concerns about this to customer service and Andy (new management) assured me that he had taken over the company and is sorting out the logistical mess he was left with.
I at first was sceptical since the reviews about this company were almost tragic.

After speaking with Andy not only did he fulfil my order on the day he said he would. He also offered me 30% off my next purchase and sent me extra product of my choice for over £100.

That is customer service to me!
Andy has definitely turned the company around in such a short time and I will be purchasing from DRS and recommending them to everyone.
The products are high quality and customer service is fantastic.

I ordered with the new management and got very good service via FB messenger, everything arranged to my advantage and a very fast shipment.

I have a review below from a few months ago complaining about the delay and zero communication for months. I was a few days ago contacted by Andy who said he had taken over the company. I explained the situation and he resent my order out that day and it arrived today.

I have recently ordered from DRS and was aware of previous problems. I spoke with the new manager and he was of great assistance. He assured me of prompt service and that it was!! My order came within 3 days and it was carefully wrapped in foil to stop light and heat degradation and I even had previously received a chromatograph report to verify its authenticity. I am impressed as I was ignored on this score by other companies which is why I dealt with DRS. My faith is restored!!

OK so I have used drs many times in the past but had an issue with an order in January, after many emails I had no joy in receiving my order. I had an email from drs telling me they have new ownership and a new management team and that they have been working through back orders and from previous owners.

I am pleased to say that I received my order 2 days after communication with their new support team and they offered me a 20% reduction off my next order.

The new team are excellent and very helpful and understanding. They told me that they have no financial connection to old owners so they have sent that stock out of their own pocket.

Highly recommended and have restored my faith in DRS labs.

I bought from DRS labs a long time ago and every time i received my items within couple day. Something went wrong for few months which I wasn't happy about. I recently got a email apologising and under new management. I ordered again and happy to say I received them in couple days again. Thank you.

Purchased Cardarine and RAD140 - received the Cardarine tablets about 2 months later - didn't work. Never received the RAD140. Contacted them many times and on the odd occasion would get a reply - promising a refund. Even issued a refund email - but never received the money at all! Now they do not even respond when I ask where my refund is!! Absolutely shocking service. DO NOT USE.

Don't trust this company. I purchased an order months ago . After months of chasing and DRS making every excuse . I asked for a refund . They cancelled my order and still haven't refunded . This site is a pure scam and have now had to report it to the authority. Same has happened to alit of people and even fake products bieng sent out .
