I had cosmetic procedure done in August 2023 by Dr Safa Manav. At the time of this review my face was still in the healing process but looks promising for the most part and my arms as well. Dr Manav did my lower face, neck, fat transfer in the temple area, upper lip lift and arms.

Fatih Akgul, his assistant excelled at providing excellent customer service. He arranged the hotel accommodations, transportation and everything in between that I needed in a timely fashion. I’m very grateful to him.

The Mercure hotel is where you want to stay while you recover, it’s delightful.

Be mindful of the fact that the patient’s rooms in the Academic Hospital have no AC and that you will need assistance getting your prescription filled prior to returning to the hotel after your procedure. Consult Fatih, he can give you some guidance.

I went through Vanity Cosmetics for my Rhinoplasty with Dr Safa and I was not let down.

I am 7 weeks post op after a BA above muscle, 360CC (B to E cup) and I am really happy with now natural my breasts look, and how full they are at the same time. People gasp at the cup size difference when they ask because you can’t tell by looking at them. I’m glad I didn’t end up with breasts that demand attention as that’s not what I was going for.

I went to Istanbul from Sydney for a rhinoplasty that I wanted my whole life! Dr Safar did an excellent job with how I wanted my nose to look! The whole process was very easy and I had an amazing experience during my recovery! Even though my nose is freshly out of the cast and still swollen I am already completely in love with my new nose!

If you’re thinking of choosing Dr Safa, choose him. Literally the best doctor I could’ve asked for. I got a lift with implant; during our consultation I told him what I wanted and how I wanted a very natural look that suited my body type so I didn't look top heavy. We opted for 300cc and it was the best decision ever. I look amazing and feel so great. He took time in explaining how the procedure would go and made me very comfortable which was extremely important. So grateful for him.

I am just a little over 1 week after revision rhinoplasty (secondary rhinoplasty) and I could not be happier. Because I left the reviews about the wholesome expierience on Vanity Estetik page, I will only write in here about Dr Safa Manav. He is very calm, focused and professional doctor, makes you feel confident you are in the right hands as he is confident in his knowledge and his actions.
