After trying to contact drslots and partnering companies I haven't had a reply! After coming across these reviews I'm now starting to panic! Well, intouch games have had their licence suspended so I've just read! However, i was told by a member of their team that it's a technical issue ie. Servers are down... honestly such a shame !

Stay away !! Opened account with this company received code to mobile and that was it … never placed a bet or visited the site again however somehow they have managed to charge my mobile phone bill without my consent, several times over a few days mainly early hours of the morning without my knowledge!!! Only discovered this after having £40 added onto my phone bill ! In my eyes this is fraud or a failure in their online security!

I won money on there site 320 just says pending no one has yet replied to my email and as for the online support it don't exist no one from there company reply what so ever will I get my winnings if not I will take them to a tribunal

terrible, relentless site. Never pays anything out, EVER. I used to spend way too much on here, but the last year i've stopped giving them as much, maybe £20 here and there but still i can't get one lucky day. Money is gone in minutes and the disgusting deposit pop up as soon as your balance gets low just makes me seethe!! how is that even allowed??? they are blatantly encouraging you to spend AND LOSE even more! thats not right. Well what can I say, take your money then once you have won they ask for ID for proof of ownership of bank account even though they paid out into the same back a few days ago😂 don’t even bother trying their live chat, they simply do not respond. Honestly save your money and go with a more main stream casino. Oh and they just spam the hell out of your messages and emails

I recently made the mistake of joining this site and depositing £600. Since that point it has been impossible to make contact with anyone at the site, and they have asked me to upload ID, which I have, but these are now stuck as 'pending'. There appears to be literally nothing to do, except wait and hope this post prompts something from their non-existent customer service team

This site is a complete scam. They don’t pay out at all. Completely ripped me off all my hard earned money. Avoid it if you know what’s good for you. Now I’m left penniless. Utter shambles. What went wrong is the games a shambles. Doesn’t pay out been waiting for £170 to go into my bank been speaking to the customer support team this morning and told me I need photo ID as proof of date of birth as sending them my birth certificate and a doctors letter which clearly states my date of birth is not proof apparently!! The documents they claim to “require” isn’t enough and doing everything they can to not pay out!! What a joke!! Why do you need Photo ID when you want to withdraw money but doesn’t ask for ID when playing the games it’s a scam!!
