Scammers

Just buy the whole spill and reading everybody’s comments the only three comments that they had that were all five stars. If you noticed those were paid people the people with one stars and two they said they got ripped off and they have no reason to lie so yes, I believe this company is a scam.

Dr Tech securities

All of a sudden, I started getting pop-ups wanting me to purchase McAfee. I could not work because there was no x to exit out of the screen. I got so frustration because I needed to get my job done. Someone comes online -takes control of my computer & "cleaned all the viruses" charged me $250.00. I haven't been able to get in touch with my assigned IT guy since the purchase. Yes, it's a scam but I have "take me" on my forehead so this happens a lot.

Help Arrives via Phone!

My Brother printer wasn’t working, and it turned out that both the printer and my laptop had viruses.
David, and another tech before him, patiently worked with me for 3 hours on the phone, figured out the problems, and fixed them.
David was a pleasure to talk to and he worked through the issues. Not just patient but personable and considerate, and he had a sense of humor, which helped calm down about the problems. He also suggested the Encrytion Network Firewall to protect my computer and printer in the future. I’m very appreciative. Thanks, David.

Scammers!

Scammers...I should have known after numerous interactions with them the past few years. They use scare tactics and always want more money, even though they tell you have paid for lifetime security. Avoid them!

They target and rip off holidaymakers

They rip off holidaymakers. My friends came to get married. They'd been through the mill health wise. It was a big deal flying out to the domincan Republic to tie the knot. Disaster struck and his phone broke. He called round trying to fins someone to mend it. This cowboy put a 'new' screen on my friends iPhone charging £500. It didn't work at all. Iphone in the uk said its a totally incompatible fake screen and wasnt even connected to the wiring inside as its so incompatible. DrTech will smile to your face, offer a guarantee, say all the right things and send you on your way thinking you're sorted. But you're not. He never refunds or answers calls or any emails. DR Tech Securities is a SCAM company

DR Tech Securities is a SCAM company. I paid for DEBUGGING for two years from 2022 to 2024 for $215.00, and I paid for TLS Encryption for 5 years from 2021 to 2026 at a cost of $430.00. I also paid for ANTIHACKING TOOLS for a cost of $150.00 as a one time charge with no renewal ever. Today, 12/18/23 they tell me I need to update my DEBUGGING (which is now obsolete) and I also now need AES Encryption, (not TLS, this is no longer any good, even though I paid $430.00 for 5 years! .
They now want $647.00 to update my contracts!!
Get a life, it took me a while, but these dudes are SCAM ARTIST at their best. I looked up my contract with them, informed them of what I had and how much I had paid, guess what, they are not responding to my emails. SCAM ARTIST AT THEIR BEST! Will not do business with this outfit EVER!!!!

my printer was not working and the warrantee was expired. So I call them to fix the issue and they fix it at very minimum cost. I really thanks the team to help me out and provide me a good service over the call.

Really appreciated.
