Great communication and good quality repair for good price. I had some issues with courier but that is not Dr. Tuba fault.

They also returned me broken valves and tubes, so you can see what they replaced. Great ethical and quality repair 😃

I needed to order bladders for my Duotone wings. I tried to get them from a company Duotone recommended and the official Duotone supplier here in Japan - What a nightmare. After waiting nearly 2 months and still no bladder I decided to use Dr. Tuba. They had my bladders made and sent. In all, from ordering online to my door ( from Europe to Japan) it took 8 days!
They gave regular updates on the production and testing phases. My order was easy to track. I've inserted the bladders, no leaks and good quality. These guys are excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Tuba.

The Unipump valves supplied will 100% fit your kite. While the original valve hole is rectangular, not square, we have mounted these on the same Cabrinha kites numerous times without issue.

We use these replacement valves because the original black valves are of poor quality and prone to failure. As per our Terms & Conditions, we may use equivalent or improved parts to ensure the quality and durability of our replacement bladders. All parts required to retrofit the hoses are included with the product.

The valve information is clearly listed in the product description on our website. Since the valves provided meet the specifications and our T&C are fully respected, your claim cannot be accepted.

I recently ordered a bladder replacement kit from Dr.Tuba for my kite and encountered a small issue: the specific valves from their system were missing from the package. I carefully checked everything, but couldn’t find them. It’s possible I misplaced them somehow or didn’t check the packaging thoroughly before discarding it—although I honestly don’t think that’s what happened.

I ordered a new bladder. After an issue of delivering (bladder cut by the German customs), Dr.Tuba took care of fixing and installing the damaged bladder in a local repairer for free in a quick time, very professional !

Got a leading edge bladder for a duotone unit from 2022. Material is very high quality and comes with everything preinstalled so all you haver to do is remove the old bladder and install the new and wupti your wing is good as new.

Recently I've bought a new leading edge for my kite from Dr.Tuba. The edge arrived fast and I had no issues with it for a year. However, before my last session of the year in 2023, I saw that three F-One valves basically dissolved and they were leaking air. Fortunately, I had some Unipump valves from Dr.Tuba , so I could replace them on the spot and they have been serving me really well since. I was quite frustrated at the time so I took pictures of the damage. Naturally, as it was the end of the season, I forgot about the problem. Couple months later before I was going to the first session of the next season in 2024, I remembered and sent them a complaint. The support replied within hours and we entered into a pleasant dialog on the issue and how to resolve it. Based on their policy, I was not entitled to a refund because I made self-repairs plus the F-One valves only have 1 year of warranty which was over by that time, however they still agreed to compensate me. Since the leading edge is working perfectly fine with the Unipump valves, I didn't need a new one especially not with the F-One valves. They agreed to send me three Unipump valves free of charge including shipping as a compensation. I'm pleasantly surprised on how this company handles issues and takes care of the kitsurfing community.

I needed some replacement valves for some older kites that I have and they are either out of stock or no one sells them in the US. Luckily, I got referred to Dr.Tuba and they had plenty. Excellent price and very fast and surprisingly affordable shipping for where I had to have them sent. Will absolutely shop here again. Thank you.
